🏙️ I made a review of my apartment in Pattaya. My condominium is called Acqua Condo. I rented a house for a month in the tourist area of ​​Pattaya - next to the beach and the Jomtien evening market. You can walk to the sea in 2 minutes. I will show you how Russians live in Pattaya and what life in Thailand can be like.
🏢 Condominiums in Thailand (or “condos”, as they are commonly called among Russians) are a popular type of housing. Most often these are modern residential complexes, consisting of one or more buildings. It has a hotel infrastructure. The condo, in which I settled as part of my wintering in Thailand, was built in 2014 and consists of two buildings.

• sun loungers, umbrellas, tables throughout the territory;
• game room with table tennis, kicker, billiards;
• gym, steam room, yoga/fitness room;
• 24/7 security, video surveillance, management office;
• well-groomed territory with a garden and walking paths;
• lounges, free library;
• underground parking, water machine.
😞 Cons of my housing:
• the condo does not have its own laundry, the nearest one is 15 minutes walk;
• poor sound insulation;
• in the photo and video, the apartment and condo seem a little fresher than they really are.
