I think as a rule, LV makes determination stronger. It is why I believe Asgore can destroy the Mercy button, being an able veteran of the Monster-Human war, unlike Undyne who only has traces. I have a theory that Chara's soul controls resets, but the theory has holes though, so i think Flowey's reset ability is just a reference to his reset back story, but yeah, your LV combined with a human soul can probably outmatch anything in the undeground.

I hope that when the game will be really finished, after one pacifist run you could go by Undertale yellow side of Underground with Frisk, this could make the mod even cooler
