Just bought a Daystate Wolverine L.E. Sapphire in .177 from AOA for my primary HFT rig. Beautiful ! I like the Wolverine so much i bought a used Wolverine (non regulated) hi lite .22 limited edition #50 of 50. I also own a Wolverine .25 in forest green laminate for my primary EFT rig. My biggest observation is ALL the Wolverines deserve an adjustable comb for a proper cheek weld / eyebox behind the scope. This is the ONE thing to ME that makes the Wolverine Sapphire edition worthwhile.
Nice job as usual. I own the Wolverine R HP in .177 and can't say enough good things about it. As you stated, 30 FPE in a .177 is a lot of whack for a small package, and I prefer that with a great trajectory over the .25/.30 cal. which hit hard, but have a trajectory of a tossed bowling ball, personal preference I guess. I added the Aztec 5.5-25-50 FFP scope and a hard shell case, Merry Christmas to me!! Keep up the good work Jared, and thanks for all the support from yourself, and all the folks at Airguns of Arizona...
My Wolverine R HP 22 caliber will be here today. After almost 30 years in airguns this is my first daystate. Im over the B.S lego airguns and the problems and issues that come with them. Time for a out of the box ready to go monster
I chronied my .22 Wolverine HP today and this thing in a beast. I was shooting my squirrel pellets (33.95gr JSB Match Diabolo Exact King Heavies) and got an average velocity of 825.4 fps. That gives me an average of 51.37 ft/lb of energy. You ought to see what it does to a squirrel!
Even a 200 - 300 dollars air rifle break barrel can shoot easily to a bulleye in 20 or 50 yards, as per the price it should shoot to a 100-150 yard finely
PCP Air Rifles in 2018 are, for the most part, well built and things of beauty. It still boggles the mind that you can spend that much on an air rifle and they deliver it to you in a box. For that amount of money they should be throwing in a hard case free of charge. 'In any case'....thanks for the review 😉
About time daystate came out of the midle ages and started with regulated airguns...comon man,all other brands have been using regulators for over a decade now...took a fucking long time to catch up with reality Daystate...
I didn’t quite understand the 20 yard shooting. I don’t know if it is a language problem i.e. I misunderstood what you were saying, but when you say ”I am just wearing out that center”, does it mean that all the shots were bullseye? If so, what are those random holes appearing on the target outer rings? I got the impression that you hit the center continuously but all of a sudden you miss totally and fire only like 2 or 3? Can you please explain. If you did not miss a shot, where does those holes appear all of a sudden on the outer circles?
I do not recomend this rifle is scrap, I've purchased one 8 months ago every time I went to the range or get back home I have a new problem, breach o´ring is a headache I've changed it 17 times (originals from AOA), leaks, actuator pin broken, side lever broken, inner lose pieces, magazine damages, not group. AOA is the best support but Daystate quality is bad. Two friend of mine are driving crazy with Redwolf as well.
Why is the single shot tray more precise and more accurate than the magazine , yet daystate AND brocock sister companies , deny theres a problem ,, supposed to be rolls royce of airguns ,, iv got 20 year old pcp's more accurate WITH magazines .. so whos kidding who ?
Helllo My friend,
Thank you for such an in depth review of this beautiful, capable air rifle. You definately did it justice.
Best wishes, Ian.

how do you like it?
Now that is one sweet Daystate , I prefer 25cal or 30 cal with synthetic stock , awsome presentation and information
I like .177 u can have way flatter trajectory without having to crank the power up a whole lot AND you get more shots but I love the power of a 22

Great Shooting Jared
Love your vids Cyclops!

Is it a polygonal barrel on these rifles ?

Royal1664 True, thats why I like FX
Nothing is ever free. If you get a hard case you're paying for it. Just less of the money went into the gun.
@@buyserd2748 Me too, unlike MANY others. They build everything themselves, regs, barrels no farming out other than the stock.
When is FX Dreamline coming to your Store ?
Hi there from uk .lovely gun I am thinking of one myself fac rated .why was the 50 yard group to the left of the bull an the twenty yard bang on
They were outside im guessing it was just the wind pushing them tiny pellets around

What's with all those outliers at 20 yards, at the very edge of the target? You didn't talk about those.
They look like shattered pieces of pellet from hitting a hard surface pellet trap. They are all irregular in shape. Happens with bullets all the time.
Will you stop playing music when your shooting so we can hear the rifle ?
Olá tudo bem ? Você faz envio de carabina PCP Daystate Wolverine R para o Brasil ? Obrigado
Can set at 60 ft/lb in 177 for my order
beautiful guns from daystate.. they should offer a synthetic stock 4 hunting...i like 2 have the 25-30 ...great information

beautiful, but whats it like shooting normal .177 pellets 8,4gr ?
Senapan yang sangat bagus untuk hunting di indonesia
You need to do the HUBEN K1 .25 review por favor
accuracy testing at 20 yrd is so needles...
I want to know the shot count and energy of the other calibers. This will be the next rifle I get ..
Very nice how does it compare to fx crown accuracy power weight shotcount act.
Woowww . Sejalan sehoby salam satu laras .pengen meminangnya tapi ngak punya uang untuk membelinya. Cuman bisa nonton saja . 😃
Tested with only one type of pellet, so I guess this is just to show the gun at it's very best.
Beautiful rifle but .177 is not my cup of tea-more like 25 cal is the sweet spot for me.
Wearin out the center other than those 2 horrible fliers at 20 yards? Please explain.Thats unacceptable in this price range
how many inches is the r version in lengh
I want to buy this gun, do you have a tgeer to switch to Vietnam for me, how much is the price? Thank you very much
Of course you single loaded at 50. Those old Daystate magazines ,if not aligned properly, would clip pellets and cause fliers
