Here's the advices from me: -If something goes wrong with the code, you can check the code of the original file, that way you can compare both files, and see the issue in your code. -If you want backups (like i did in the video), you can pack the mod in .zip format already. This'll also work as a little debug to see if it'll work when the mod is packaged -Pack the mods starting from vehicles folder, not the folder inside the vehicles folder, that's how BeamNG works.
I solved this by clicking on the box in blender and making sure to press "Selection Only" in the top right corner when exporting the collada thing. It made it show up for me, idk why he doesnt have to do it. Also make sure to spell "Vehicle" and that actual car your using like "pessima" correctly or it wont work.
How could someone add a item to a car? like not change a part already on the car but to add a item into the car. like say a ball inside the car on the seat as a dumb example.

I like pain and suffering I always just open my game/mod folders via the windows file explorer but I also want to make sure my memory is in check as I do a lot of stuff around tech.
am i doing anything wrong? I've been trying to get a front bumper working on the blobby/round pessima for a good 2-3 hours now and it doesn't load in the game. Did I mess up a string of code or something?

Ngl, I use emojis ironically as I don't think a people would actually take the opinion of someone who uses the vomit emoji as a insult seriously. Also I've never actually used windows 11, the UI seems noice, gives me Ubuntu Linux vibes. I only use windows 10 cuse my pc legit garbage lol

For me I had to press "selection only" to get the export to work. My parts never show up if I dont so that might help.

Check your code and compare it to the vanilla bumper code, If you find something off in it, then it might be the issue.

to fix a bug in automation, I needed to put a speed limiter, how can I get rid of it in the mod?
You can remove speed limiter in BeamNG, just find it in vehicle config. I might be wrong, since i don't really mod Automation stuff.
