Looks beautiful! May I ask: how long is the drive from Naryn to the Kel suu 'base camp'? And is it always a couple hours wait at the border permit check?
From Naryn till Kel-Suu was around 3-4 hours. In my case there were 2 minibuses and couple cars in front of us that's it took long time. I guess we came while it was busy. Maybe at another time it is goes quick.
Did you use TUK to guide you to this lake?
No I didn't use TUK. I use @freerunkg (instagram) but I didn't like them much. I would recommend @in_tourists (instagram) they are the best I think.
