When 'businessmen'' put together insurance policies which are hundreds of pages in length, all to legally avoid paying for healthcare, to avoid taking care of their customers, you know that there's something wrong.
The CEO was giving people death sentences, he got one back.
My only disagreement is how the super-rich view the rest of us. They don't see us as numbers so much as they see us as cattle.
People are tired of the bullshit from the billionaires playing with others health and lives
When the legal system won't do its job, people will just step around it. Do better, America.
These corporate CEOs brought this issue on themselves. They thought their money, their corporate position was going to keep them safe. That there would be no repercussions for their heartless actions.
There are many different types of Scams and Scam Artists! As the CEO, Brian was the Professor!
United Health Care refused to pay on a life insurance policy they had on my late husband that I wasn't supposed to know about. But I did, because I read the small print on sales contract, where it was itemized but never mentioned again. When I tried to collect, they came up with so many excuses even my attorney told me to give up. He said it would go on for years, and I would pay him more than the policy was worth.
I am so sorry for your loss.
@hhairball9 Thank you.
Why do some care so much about the death of this rich guy but don't say anything about school children being murdered. Nothing has been done to stop school shootings. It's been going on for nearly 30 years.
All safety regs and laws have basically been written with the blood of dead white men
For hundreds of years it was fine for slaves or minorities to die in unsafe conditions
@@NickTaylorRickPowersyeah, right....NOBODY is saying anything about school shootings, What other fairy tales ya got?
Love Josh Johnson!!!
I love Josh. He is so engaging.
Sometimes he is a bit too preachy for me but he has nailed this topic so so well.
thanks mom!
As a public we have seen hate from our government leaders and CEOs portrayed to us and they call it just business as is. You get treated the way you treat everybody and next thing you know it's a big deal. How many people died directly from the decisions that that CEO made? That's the core of this hatred. You act like security is going to be the solution and not your business practices. You want to live in a bubble they have to get ever bigger and bigger for your family and relatives and everybody Associated to you then keep doing business in the exact same way you're doing it. Bubbles can only get so big and if not you somebody you care for will pop their head out of it to breathe or do something with all those billions of dollars you got
used a computer to deny people in life threatening treatments... which they will die? but how many people did the CEO let expire?
Thanks Josh. You are the sugar that helps the medicine go down. So sad this happened and nothing changed.
A CEO going to tell investors how they are going to increase profits from there business model.
Truthful.
Josh Johnson puts things so succinctly - he gets to the heart of the matter brilliantly.
For those investors... it was just a Wednesday.
Why do they expect us to have sympathy for them when they have 0 sympathy for ys
They figure they can snow enough minds of the working people, so that they won't wind up with legislation against themselves. And, it's working; America elected a billionaire who will primarily protect him, his family, and his friends. NOT the voters.
Free Luigi!!!
A murder happened they had the meeting anyways and stepped over his body to get to it. It wasn't a big deal for them. But it served as a big deal to us
It was angry customer feedback.
ALL Insurance (not just health insurance) should be non-profit organizations.
How many did Brian Thompson let die?!!
They arrested the wrong guy.
Pain motivates people!!!!
It's nice people are catching on to Josh. He's a teacher.
TRUTH
Real talk!!!
I'm still trying to figure out how is it a act of terrorism
The newscasters were directed to say that, by their billionaire owners.
@d.e.b.b5788 it's crazy so like what was January 6th that wasn't a terrorist act well domestic terrorism.
Free Luigi.
FRY Luigi
These ppl be on tv talking like January 6th never happened 😅

DNC funded BLM riots were far more deadly and destructive!
Loser Kamala even set up a fund to bail out those criminals! Democrat AGs refused to press charges!

How about narratives of a 60% rejection of medical coverage?
😂😂😂
"Public media don't serve the public, the serve the government!"
"So who do private media serve?"
"Well, uhm, corporations are people my friend!"
Thank you Josh. I am happy to see a great young comedian. I'm an old guy to enjoyed George Carlin.
0:25 non stop coverage 😂😂😂😂
Half the country has already forgotten about this.
Let's be very clear here. You do not be coming a CEO of an insurance company by saying yes. Most of the time it's REJECTED!! That man was a serial killer.
The problem is that they still played us regardless the game they play is higher up not CEO
I don’t have much sympathy for the guy. He wasn’t innocent nor was he assassinated. People died. They were mothers, fathers, children, best friends. But, why does this Brian chap get all the thoughts and prayers? When you kill too many of the innocent, you get people like Luigi. CEOs showing fear when all they need to do is just respect lives a little more.
Meeting kept on schedule? What did they do next? Had a conference call with the 2nd in command?🤣
OMG. They continued the meeting?
It's almost like Kinney from Robocop after he was shot
Unfortunately I see the eat the rich being prophetic.
Brian Thompson’s two “kids” are 16 and 19 years old; they live with their mother. Brian Thompson and his wife were separated and lived in two separate mansions - they were sliding towards a divorce.
💚
I think I watched this same video from this same channel a few weeks back
4:00 annoying guy
Luigi will finally get the healthcare he needs while he is in prison. So if you get denied surgery, copy Luigi.
i like YOU, rick....but i don't support TYT since the whole trans hate debacle. go back to the GOP, cenk and ana.

I'm confused, but was this supposed to be a comedy routine? Take notes from George Carlin, and gather more laughs than not while you're spreading your message.
it was 2 minutes of a 50 minute stand up routine. I'm confused. Does your single comment I see here represent your entire thought processes or do you believe only others should be judged on tiny snippets especially when they are black?
This is commentary during a set, it's not the actual set he was performing. Comedians don't post the actual show for free on social media 🤦♂️
@@blitzofchaosgaming6737 Of course this single comment doesn't represent my 'entire' thought process, that would be absurd to think that. Just about as absurd as it would be for me to assume that every thought process you have centers around whether someone is black or not.
@ I certainly understand that comedy wasn't the point of this particular video, but I personally felt that for a comedy routine, his 'commentary' needed to have more humor thrown into it considering that the duration of it was quite lengthy.
@@mikes333 But his routine was heavily edited. YOu understand that, right?. This video is TYT's narrative about this murder and people's response to it and why they responded the way they did. They've snipped parts of Johnson's routine to tell THEIR narrative. And BTW, I'm familiar with George Carlin. He was an 'issue' comedian like Johnson. I've seen some of his routines snipped like this for the purpose of supporting someone else's narrative and the result wasn't a laugh a minute. Josh Johnson doesn't need to be studying any comedian. A lot of them should be studying Johnson, because he is very very good at what he does. And his purpose isn't just to make people laugh non-stop. He is like Carlin in that way.
Luigi 's family was wealthier than the ceo he killed
@@Brandon-sx5pg Stay needy fanboy.
Luigi is another Rittenhouse
for me it is incredible that people pay tribute to the arrested person. If he is guilty, then he has killed another human being. There is no excuse. Regardless of who the victim was.
People say that the person killed was a murderer himself because he was the CEO of an insurance company and thus had the fate of people in his hands. But the American people themselves have chosen that system. They themselves have voted for people who are in favor of that way of managing the healthcare system. The people themselves have chosen this form of government. It is not the individual CEO. It is the entire American people and not least their politicians who have chosen to put money over health. If you want to change it, you have to change the way you manage the system, not kill people in the system.
The CEO and the shareholders live off the DEATH and MISERY of people. Sometimes, you just have to consider people without money are HUMAN too.
@ForAtanDaOss -
Luigi Mangione ALLEGEDLY killed One (1) person.
Brian Thompson killed approximately Tens of Thousands (10,000s+).
This CEO was not the one who decided that a procedure will not be covered. If your employer is "self-insured " your employer decides what is covered....
That's false. He put into policy all of the rules they follow when denying a claim. Look at when he took over as CEO and when the number of denials skyrocketed.
This was the CEO the responsibility of his company falls on him.
If they're self insured, they wouldn't be using United Healthcare.
@@krisniznik3953 Then how are they insured? What company are they using? I'm confused.
