I love what you make and you make stuff that we can all do. I cant get a lot of the items you get as you’ve got the DT stores over there. We do have some cheaper stores in Australia but they are much more expensive than your cheap stores. We used to have a store called the $2 shop but they all closed down, worse luck. I used to haunt that store lol. I know I can get lots of cheaper small canvasses like you’ve used in this video so I can make what you’ve made and that’s why I like your videos. I think you did an amazing job and not have to spend a lot of money. My dollar tree does not have those canvases but when i allow my students to paint and they do a not so good job or get too messy I rip off the canvas and save the frames so now I can have them make one of your projects! Thanks.
Using four 8 x 10 stretched canvases (make sure are all made the same), I removed the canvases and put them aside to use later. I then glued the long sides of the four canvas frames together to make a four-panel sign! I painted mine espresso and re-stapled the canvas on to the back (reverse canvas style). I then printed the letters H, M, and E on card stock to fit onto the canvas and glued them to the center of each frame. I used a large fabric flower for the O. I hung this in my dining area. I think it looks great. I also took another four 8 x 10 canvas frames and glued them short end to short end. This became the frame for a "ladder." I glued 4 sets of 3 square wood cubes (from Crafters Square) together and then glued one set to each corner of the end frames. Again, I painted this ladder with espresso paint. Just two more ideas.

Thanks for sharing your ideas, you have got so many ideas I want to implement myself. Finding the materials due to popularity and lack of DT having them when I go, plus finding the time to do them all is the only hindrance to getting it done!!

At first honestly I didn't like when you put the darker paint on your first coat of paint but when you put the pretty light lambs ear plant and you had the cute welcome sign with the plaid I loved it. I guess I need to wait to see how it turns out. Great job Jody....
