The wage gap is calculated when they compare all men working to all women working. This does not take into account actual jobs, hours worked, poor work conditions, hazardous work conditions... If they did that then it goes from 83 cents per dollar to 99 cents per dollar. There is no wage gap.
even then who cares if there's a wage gap.. theres a reason it exists just based off men working more, they work other jobs that pay higher, they take less sick days and days off in general. The reality of a "wage" gap exists when you ignore every reason for it..

All 3 are about British military figures/events and I figure if you're going to ever show either mum TFE, you might as well show them the stuff about the British before diving into everything USA he has.

But what no one talks about is the WNBA plays only 40 games per year while the men play 80+, the women use a smaller ball, so you dont have to be as accurate on your shots and the ball still goes in, and the women's games are 6 minutes less than the men, but they want the same pay.

Men get paid more than women not because of some pay gap BS, but because they choose the more dangerous, high paying jobs, work more on average, take less days off, are more willing to relocate, etc. Heck, when I worked in retail, a newer employee got prematurely promoted and she saw that as an opportunity to be a complete beeotch and when minimum wage went up, which meant I was less than a dollar per hour closer to her pay, she freaked out and acted like it was my fault 😄 Gotta love it. Of course, I'm well aware that this is only comedy. But it is become a real issue and this constant arguing discussing etc regarding wages, at least in America. And it's bothering me because there is no issue. It's been made up, sadly by women. Because it's not the kind of an issue that a man would raise. In any case, it's absolutely 100% incorrect. Nowhere in America is there any job or corporation that pays women less for the same job as men. That's across-the-board with no exceptions. Federal law in this country does not allow that to happen. The argument arose because unrelated statistics led women to believe everything I just said was true. And that all happened, because they looked at the overall picture of all jobs combined and what the average that a man makes VS what an average a woman makes which does give the impression that maintain men make more per hour. Well, if a man happens to be a Doctor and a woman happens to be a secretary. We all are well aware that Doctors make more , but it does not work with the argument regarding the statistics because they are not the same job and yet. It is figured in when it comes to the national averages as to who makes more. The only way to substantiate the argument would be to take some company job that had both men and women doing the identical thing. And then it would be completely equal. No difference, so it's absurd to compare what a person makes doing a different job than another person. There are always exceptions, but not in concept because some corporations might have a job that certain people are new at and certain people have been doing for 15 years. And in a case like that, seniority might pay more to the individual. That's been there longer because they may have gradual and regular raises. Overtime, so that also cannot be included in the statistics.
