I'm in Colorado too! Have you actually ridden it in the bike lane or on the sidewalk? Like, would I be getting pulled over all the time and having to show papers? LOL
it's been mostly ridden on sidewalks and bike lanes. You might get pulled over if you're trying to drive it in the car lane
