@atulagarwal hello sir, I have a doubt in the area 46:09 If we need to compute the interest and principal component from the equal annual installment, how will be compute it? 1. will we assume principal amount is same over the year, take 2 lakh from outflow to principal and balance as interest, or 1. year 1 interest will be 1 lakh (10 lakh *10%) and balance as against principal and do the calculation for 5 years?
