The speed stat does not have thresholds, by the way. Every point of speed matters. This seems likely to be the case for every stat, as in no one has found evidence supporting that notches exist for any of them, but rather the opposite.
Thats what I thought too, but apparently Speed has tiers and each individual point matters. There is a difference within the same speed tier (ex: Speed 7 vs Speed 8), but the difference between these 2 speeds is negligible. But there is a noticeable difference amongst the different tiers. I'll have a link posted going in depth on how speed works. Its a really good video by a guy named Kendo.

I Play the first build of Mario as Midfielders. The reason is that most of the time my midfielders go to the middle if im already on the lanes. This means that most of the time, (i use peach as a midfielder, good passing and speed build), i would just rush on my lane and wait for Mario to come closer to the center and easy assist goal. Other reason is that i could just cheese a perfect shoot from the midfield lane with Mario (it works 65% of the times). I think this work for me because i use Captain Bowser (Speed, Shoot and Strength focus build), so can attack the defenders and easy score rebounds.
The Luigi build is the exact one I have been using. Maximized technique is just too good!

I have a question are you do video on the dlc characters who is coming to Mario strikers?
Personally I find strength to be the least important stat as every character can just do a charged tackle to take the ball from high str characters, whereas if you have a fast character you can avoid the strong characters with speed and a well timed dodge. It’s good to have one character with high strength on your team though I prefer bowser or dk
Although you can charge tackle anyone, strength is still very important since your strength is relative to the opponent's. This is important because depending on the strength matchups, certain tackles will not work on you (assuming you have the higher strength and there's a noticeable difference). Strength is alot more complex than that, but it is an important stat. Watch this video to learn more about it.

You can see a charged up tackle coming. With high strength you don't need to charge for the tackle so strength is a good stat

So many of the builds you use are either very close to what id run or exact that but for the cases for your Bowser and Yoshi and Peach builds I'd use something different if I was gonna run Bowser close to that I'd just run Turbo/speed Bowser for Peach I'd build her to be the best support she can be(Bushido helmet, chain gloves, trick Chest, Bushido Sandals)/or Cpt Peach, and for Yoshi I d build him for balance using the Trick Helmet, Turbo Gloves, Trick Chest, Bushido Sandals it gives him 5 strength, 16 speed, 16 shooting, 14 passing, 12 technique don't know how I'd build Wario yet and I don't know who would be on my main team I just know Rosa and Waluigi are God tiers and Peach is close to them in terms of support but that other member no idea
Like the builds. The key strength stat seems to be 21 since then you can tackle anyone with a tap tackle
Would say it's lower cuz I doubt anyone is ever running max strength, just seems very suboptimal, so there's not really a set threshold like that
Depends on who you are building, but having at least one character on the team with around 21 strength would be beneficial for you.
Actually there's a good reason to go 25 it means any character 20 str and below cannot quick tackle you and anything 16 and below has to perfect tackle you.
I generally run a shooter Mario, a technique Luigi a playmaker Wario (high passing) and a shooter Rosalina
I do the plan but add speed instead of technique...Peach for Luigi
The only strength builds so far I have is Bowser and Wario cause if you want a tank with highest strength and high shooting there the best i checked out the tank build for Rosalina but it doesn’t fit well cause she’s the worst tackler her tackle even it’s perfect it’s slow as hell only use her for tactical shots than tank never use her for tackles unless you buff her strength otherwise use her for shooting and higher tech perfect curve shots from deep center will most always score cause boom boom sucks as a goalie
Ya just build Rosa for shooting and tech. Don't try to build her as a defender because its not very effective and there are better options for that

I have a question about how the technique stat works
So like… what does dribbling the ball actually mean in techniques description? Does it mean like when people are sprinting with the ball, different characters kick the ball out at further distances? Or does it mean that characters change their speed when they are or aren’t holding the ball?
Improves fluidity and speed when moving with the ball

tldr: there are speed tiers, but there is also a difference with each speed point difference. However, the speed difference within the same speed tier is so small, its negligible

@@kayoh2626 This is wrong, each point of Speed increases the movement speed in a completely linear fashion. There are absolutely no "tiers".
Your Rosalina is, objectively, the not best build in the game. The best combination is 18 shot and 21 technique, so yours isn’t optimized.
How and why? I thought my 20 shot 19 tech would be just as good as another build with slightly higher tech. Plus I prefer higher shot power because I can stun the goalie and go for a rebound
@@kayoh2626 I forget who it was, but someone looked at all the data and combinations in the game and found that 18 shot and 21 technique is the best combo possible.

@@doubletoad7 This WAS true, but as of the DLC it no longer is. Technique got nerfed hard! All long ranged curve shots have about 30% less chance of going in now!
