Yep. I spend so much time journaling, thinking about why I did this and that. I can spend hours looking back over my journal from a previous year, to see how I've changed in my emotional responses (that's what I find the most interest in). It definitely helps me out, being introspective. That's how I grow and improve myself in different areas of my life.
Introspection and perspective taking. Its really easy for me to see another persons point of view, even if I disagree with it to its core. The introspection is important in that process to realign me back to center.
I don't really understand the meaning of introspection but upon asking my AI I feel like.... Yeah I do this a lot but I kinda feel like other personality types would do .... What I'm saying is not backed by evidence but I feel other introverts experience this
