- The Saints Row series has had may collector editions over the years. Today we're going to be checking out each and every single one! Please excuse my voice, I got a cold half way through making this video.

It shouldn't be that surprising that they didn't ship a fake gun with the UK collector's edition. Could you imagine how many problems that would cause at airports and shipping facilities when a box with something that heavily resembles a firearm goes through the x-ray scanners? Especially in the UK!
Or you could actually put it into a frame just like a gun display case that's a great idea to put a a prop gun display to put into a frame what do you think?

Posting on a halfyear old vid, but it recalls a cool little story. I got the headphones edition, and I wore them occasionally. I went to the launch party for Metal Gear Rising wearing them. At the bar, a guy stopped me and said something like "You're a SR fan?" I said "Sure am!" He had the warmest smile and said "That makes me so happy to see someone representing. I'm a Volition dev." We went on pretty much talking about SR3 for a bit then went our separate ways back into the party. As it was wrapping up, I was telling my friend about it and he says "Did you ask about SR4?" me: "Damn, lemme go find him!" So I saw him again about a min later and I casually asked "You guys got any plans for 4?" He just grinned at me and said "Stay tuned man. All I can say." About two months later it got announced.
tl;dr my SR3 headphones lead to meeting a V-dev and confirming SR4. Pretty cool for some otherwise disappointingly cheap 'phones.

For the SR3 headset, it can connect to the Xbox One controller and work with the intended effects.
For personal taste, I kinda wish Volition had released something with the Decker rollerblader on it. My personal favourite thing they introduced in Saints Row The Third.
Oh yeah the headphone style looks pretty cool the purple Royal headphones cover and it has a coup saints logo on it.

Not really anything to do with collectors editions but in the UK if u were one of the first to show up for SR4 u could get a free can of the saints flow energy drink, sadly my can was threw out, tasted good tho

There’s one collectors item that I’ve seen a few times but never again, an employee at my local EB Games had a SR2 necktie that was purple and had the initials for the game with the logo at the bottom of the necktie. I’m not sure where it came from but I remember talking to him about it and he said it was legit.

Sr1 is the best my child hood I played it for like 5 6 years straight but when they got rid of gang matches it broke my heart and the game died slowly after
I bought the SR2 collectors edition on Ebay for 25. Tin is dented but worth it.

SRTT: Special Edition also had one random Bobble Budd (i wanted Gat but i got Matt Miller instead)
There is another Full Package SRTT game, however it only comes with all DLC, and it uses two disks, one to install the DLC, and the other to play the game.

Somewhat irritating that neither SR1 or SR2 got a special edition that included all DLCs. They're still on the marketplace, but they sure a hell aren't discounted.
