Halloween feels like the perfect time to ride these bikes. Crispy chilly air, leaves falling on the road, and the weathers nice enough to see folk out.
The Honda CB 350 was the right bike at the right time. Easy to ride, equally at home puttering arround in the neighborhood as cruising at 65mph+ on the highway, " though vibration will fatigue some riders". It was inexpensive, reliable, easy to work on and fun! I am willing to bet you get a thumbs up from the over 60 guys. Very common bike on the roads well into the 1980's. Very distinctive sound that brings back memories too!
Thanks for commenting! Yes. Everyone that comes up to me and talks to me either had one or knew someone who did. My first bike was a 72 and I had so much fun with that bike that in 2013 I bought this one. It was in pretty bad shape and hadn't run in years. Took 2 years to get it where it is today. There will be more on this bike soon!
My first bike was a '72 just like this one and brand new. I put a sissy bar and a backpack strapped onto it, and traveled all over the eastern half of the US for a couple years on it. I was restless and liked to travel and loved bikes. This bike never broke down on me or left me stranded anywhere. I sold it after putting around 40,000 miles on it. If I'd only kept it! Used the money to buy a 650 BSA. Wanted to do the Brit bike thing. The BSA broke down on me on the road. The Honda never did and it might have been a 350 but it could run all day long at 70 mph.
Thanks for the comment! My first bike was a 72 CB350 as well, and the main reason I decided to get this one. This bike only had 7600 miles on it, but it was a mess, most of what you see has been redone. I even found an old piece of broken piston ring inside the engine! Must have dropped down when someone pulled the cylinders off to replace them. My old one I would ride on the hiways, this one I take it easy on, maybe the age thing has something to do with it too. LOL
I will have you know, Honda has released a revamped version of CB 350 India, called the Hness CB 350, it is a glorious machine more than enough power for Indian roads with a super smooth engine
@@michaela5261 Thank you! it took about 2 years (time and money are always the limiting factors) to restore this bike. I will have more videos of it, including a walk around when the weather warms up. Thanks for watching!
Just picked up a 350 for $800. What a steal. I've been watching cb videos all day.
@@JuanLedezma-mk9vo Congratulations, your going to love it! Take care of it and it will last forever!

I totally agree. In a few weeks, the snow will be gone, and the bikes will be back out! Thanks for commenting.

Gorgeous vintage Honda.
Thank you! I will have a video showing the whole bike out once the weather is better!
I'd have one over a modern bike any day.

I have seen it and wonder if it will be available in the US as well. We just got the Royal Enfield Meteor 350, so maybe? Thanks for watching Kiran!
What a great little Honda, it looks to be very clean, would love to see a walk around video on it! My high school dream bike! 😄
Thank you.. I will be adding more videos of this little bike. The first bike I ever owned was a CB350 back in 1980.
I just sold my 1972 cb350. Restored from a barn find. I loved that bike. So easy to work on to. Great video, and that my friend is a beautiful bike!

Really love this bike, reminds me of my youth
Thanks. When the weather gets a little better I'm going to do a walk around on this one.
I'd buy it if you ever sell it.
My Dad had a gold tank one as well. Should do a walk around
Hi, thanks for watching and commenting! I will do a walk around video soon, once we finally get some decent weather here!
