Hello my lovely family and friends, hope you are all doing amazingly well by God's grace. Today I'm sharing this easy, quick and Stress Free Zongo Shito Mix Recipe with you, I know you will love. Enjoy the process.
**Ingredients**

**Dry Zongo Shito Mix**
2 Cups ground smoked Shrimps
1-2 Cups Ground Smoked Herrings
1 Cup Chilli Powder
2 tbsp Zongo Shito Spices

**Wet Zongo Shito Mix**
15-20 Red Dry Chilli (Ladies fingers)
2 tbsp Tomato Puree
100-150g Ginger
6-8 Large Cloves Garlic
3 Large Red Onion
2 tbsp Zongo Shito Spices
