One drunk talking to another... Together they stay sober... I remember my very 1st meeting in a tiny church hall in Upstate NY.. All I could say is "I don't want to be drunk anymore.".. And they said "You don't have to be.".... I walked out of there with one thing that was completely foreign to me... Hope. That was a few 24 hours ago... ODAT.

I've had enough...Stopped drinking yesterday evening. No more. Just have to get through the rigours of withdrawal. Slowly does it.

The 12 steps in principle came from the Oxford Group. That's were Bill and Bob got sober and remained for 4 years until the alcoholics left
    the OG in 1939.

Oxford group had six steps (p. 263 of the Big Book) and the Four Absolutes.
Roland Hazard got the psychic change from Dr. Jung in Europe (page 26 of the Big Book). Brought it back to the Oxford Group where he gave it to Ebby. Ebby was the old school friend who visited Bill in his kitchen that Bill suspected was 'cracked about religion,' (page 9) of the Big Book. Bill brought it to Bob Smith in Akron (p. 179).

Well I know I saw this video 4 years ago. Because I liked it. And I might have gone sober for a while however that was four years ago. I am worse now I need a sponsor in Naples Florida a person who is professional inspirational intellectual and can use psychology and comfort on me. I have already lost everything financially. I used to have a house on the water so if you know anybody in Old Naples tell them about this message in confidence thank you and it will come back to you directly and indirectly

That's a long list of requirements my friend. May I suggest that you only need to find someone who has taken the necessary steps to recover from alcoholism to show you what they did, and the consciousness of your own experience in recovery will come to you. Then pass it on to someone else. That's the deal. GL

Google the nearest AA meeting to you and get started. There's no reason to suffer any longer.
