Mangalore Hotel style Sajjige Bajil | Rava and Poha | Uppitu Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup Rava /Fine sooji
2 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp chana daal
1 tsp udad daal
curry leaves
1 green chillies
1/2 inch ginger
1 tsp salt (salt to taste)
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp coconut
2.5 cup water
3 cups poha
2 red chillies
1 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds/jeera
few curry leaves
1 cup fresh coconut
1/2 cup jaggery
1.5 tbsp ghee
1 tsp mustard seeds
curry leaves
