This meditation is a journey into the Shadowlands with Hecate/Hekate.
It is intended as a guided meditation and activation with her energy.
Hecate is here to guide us into our Inner Shadowlands, to guide us through the Crossroads and the Liminal Space, to show us our own Magic and so much more.

Thank you for this medication. It is pretty powerful. In the end I see my shadow land burning in golden fire, and I am purified as I walk through the fire. My body turning bright golden color as I am purified by the golden fire. After I meditate I feel very released. Again thank you so much!

Yes !!!!!!!! That was something else , the fire for Me literally sucked everything in from my last holding me back, every trauma and person got sucked in like a vacuum and being engulfed by the flames as I walked away with like white bright light . She's very soothing and accomodating , didn't expect that

There was a meditation you did with Hekate in the forest bringing you to three separate rooms and I can no longer find it on your channel!!! Please please make a new video for it! That was my favorite and I used to play it for meditation groups and it has helped so many people. 💖💖
To me, the percussion is utterly perfect for where this meditation takes me. It’s a dark but comforting place, with reflected, muted moonlight, subterranean. A wind or strong instrument might not have a complementary effect. The hypnotic effect of the drums and tambourine help me to be there more deeply.

I am finally coming back to Hecate and oh my god this took me on an intense journey. I haven’t been able to cry that hard or release that much in idk how long.
My heart felt heavy throughout, new to the shadow work stuff but going through my old deep wounds didn’t make me sad just helped me see what was there and I feel like it’s all taken away from my subconscious mind. Thank you 🙏🏻

Hi I love doing this meditation and I usually do it laying on my bed. I light a candle and my incense at my alter but it’s not required for this meditation. Do it anywhere you’re comfortable. 😊
Hi faith, you don't need to do this meditation, or any practices for that matter, at an altar. That is an option some people choose. Trust your own inner guidance as to what feels good to you to do any meditation, or any other work 😊 every time you do it, you may be guided to work with it in a different way.

When I walked through the shadowlands she showed me all my old traumas and fears I was carrying with me. I knew the healing was real because I felt all the pain and sadness and couldn’t stop crying and feeling all of it. Even after the meditation was over I still had old trauma I never dealt with come up and allow me to release it.
Hecate told me there was more purging to be done and to keep visiting her. Her ravens told me the same thing.
