The owners didn't want the crystal chandeliers, so that wasn't an issue. Lovely finishes.

I think a chunky wood mantle would have been nice and a huge built in for the tv next to the fireplace would have been better than the shelf they put in. It feels a little sterile in the living room. Great job on the wood floors. Jenny was funny about the ghost wallpaper. :-)

I’ve done renovations and miscellaneous jobs and PPE (personal protective equipment) is a MUST. The way these shows are staged you’d think you can just go into any warehouse, old house,, Reno or demolition in heels as if you’re shopping at the mall. Jenny complains about dust but where is her dust mask? Unrealistic. I love their work, but I wish they’d teach those who want to get into this type of work that personal protection is invaluable.

Went from a place with character to plain, boring typical suburban home. Sure, it needed a few tweeks, but the main living room was perfect in the original design.

the beautiful chandeliers. The fall of that chandelier hurt me... it seemed on purpose... I think many people don't know what they want. and they do not value this type of chandeliers... for these people everything is modern. and a classically decorated house is just as beautiful. I like modern things but French country fascinates me. I have not seen this decoration here.

What was th value of the chandrlier that got broken? Something that size could have been sold second hand for $1000.00 or more I am pretty sure. It may not have been the homeowner's tast but it really was a shame that it was destroyed
