I dedicate this song to my friend who I’ve lost. We were so close and we were
such great friends. He was there for me, he always supported me, and he cared about me
so much. Now that he’s gone I really miss him and this song reminds me of all the
great memories we had together. If I had one more chance, to see him, I would spend
every second with him doing everything I wish we did in the past. When you have a special
someone in your life you don’t really realize how much u need them until their gone. That’s
why every second you spend with them is so important. And looking back at all our memories
together, it breaks my heart. I miss him so much and I want to be with him again. And even
though our bond was so strong he’s in the past now. I cared so much about him and if I ever
got the opportunity to see him again I know exactly what I’d say.

To stop living just for a second or for an eternity, because you can't handle the changing. The different seasons go by, and you get older. It all gets more and more meaningless. Somehow, if I could stop time, I could encapsulate the rain and the longing. This time. The time to kiss the rain.

Ah, I remember when I first tried to learn and play this song. This song kept me motivated to keep playing the piano for more songs, as there are really some great songs out there. Yeah, I prefer the sad ones, somehow. Or any of Yiruma's works.
You know, I thought it was the weirdest thing that I’ve found I enjoy playing sad sounding music too. It’s not because I’m sad necessarily, it just takes everything off my mind. Glad to see someone else w/similarities, I don’t feel too weird anymore! Lol

When I hear this, I imagine being all grown up playing this, thinking back when I was younger, how simple life was, how slow time seemed to be, the good times with childhood friends, family, and loved ones, living with no worries at all. My childhood cat, 16 years of me having the privilege of growing up with him. He went to sleep a few days ago. Listening to this gorgeous performance of this piece of music is helping me deal with the loss. Whenever I'd come home from school, in pain and lonely because everyone hated me, I'd do something and he'd crawl up beside me or sit on my lap and let me pet him. When he'd purr the world didn't seem so bad. He was my only friend for many years, and now he's gone. I know to some people it's not that much, but it hurts now that he's gone.

What’s with everyone commenting this as a sad music? This a beautiful and sweet music, kinda like lovey sweet, not depressed sad music
People might have their own problems in their lives. We dont know what have happened to them. This song might make them remember their past that they've been through. For me personally, this is a very very good song. But i cant tell you about other peoples feelings regarding this song.
I think it is just super emotional, and the way it makes you feel depends on what's going on in ur life at the moment. Sometimes it makes me cry and sometimes it makes me smile... really depends. That's what I love about emotional songs like this one, they help you get your emotions out if that makes sense!
Its very soothing, yet full of emotion. So melodic, yet it brings memories you'd rather forget as it breaks your heart everytime you relive that memory. Bad things happen, but only for a cause. Maybe this piece reminds some of a few heartbreaking times... Maybe, you never know....

I am a beginner pianist and I would love to teach myself this song. As for it is beyond beautiful, satisfactory, and pleasing to the ears. Playing this will reduce the stress I have within me. I hope to be able to find time to learn this song as soon as possible because I would love to learn quite a beautiful piece such as this one that is playing as I’m writing this comment.
I am usually the Classical Music type, but this song has made me think twice. I am listening to this song at almost 1 in the morning while I am very tired and have school in the morning. I’m going through stress about having to move away from my friends pretty soon. This relaxes me beyond imaginary.
