EARLY MORNING BAKING TO BEAT THE HEAT~~STRAWBERRY TART AND SAUSAGE BALLS

it gets so hot in my kitchen that baking later in the day is very uncomfortable and muggy. I got up early on this day to get the baking out of the way and then I closed up the apartment and turned the air conditioners on and stayed comfortable the rest of the day. I've been running the dish washer at night when electricity is cheaper and I won't be using to much electricity when other people getting off work need it to cook and bathe etc...
The recipes are below
Rustic Strawberry Tart... • Gorgeous Strawberry Ta...
Sausage Balls....1 lb sausage, 2 c baking mix, 1 lb grated cheese. Mix all. Form into balls. Bake 20 to 25 min in a 350 oven.

Nice video. The tart turned out great. That was so easy. Next time you make sausage balls use a tub of jalapeno pimento cheese and several dashes of hot sauce in your mix. It's great! It gives the sausage balls a bit of a zing to the tonsils. I love it.

I’ve e never attempted a strawberry tart, this looks really good, but I’m a sucker for sweets haha. I would have been afraid to add the hot jelly, but I’m a little curious haha. I just subscribed 😊
