This is a great fun project, especially if you have a bit of a block and you still want to do something crafty. So a little bit of recycling. I had some glue sticks that had gone all discoloured. They looked like melted toffee when they were melted... so instead of throwing them out I decided to make some glue gun stamps for my gelli plates. such fun.

Great idea! I especially like them on cardboard. My free form glue 'stencils' give a poor imprint. These look much better!!

Genius 👍 I love any homemade stamps. I save this video and shared it. I like these kind of glue stick for when I make my honey bears you drip the glue off of them and it looks like they have honey on them. I can't find these kind of glue sticks anymore. Where did you get them?Namesta ✌️🕉️🐞

Great idea! I've seen this done before but has been a long time and I totally forgot about it. Now I can see making some hearts of different sizes, swirls and dots. What a great use for old glue and cardboard!

I must have bought some of the same glue sticks. Yuck! I used some of them in silicone moulds to make embellishments. Great to have another, totally different use!
I tried this method a while ago and gave up because they didn’t make a nice print. Smoosh them down! Game changer! I’m inspired to try again! Thank you.
