I ended up using one of my 5* selectors(the one that auto upgrades the unit to max) on Celine because I saw several other CCs rate her highly on their tier lists. I'm...still not entirely sure why as she just seems alright in PvE, but at least thanks to her I can kill Banshee 13 with two soulburned S3s into defense break at the moment.
@BobDaisuki Celine is a very important character for the PvP side of the game. You use her for Guild War, Arena and World Arena. Shes the only answer for some of the problem units you fight. You want to have at least some PvP units cause your Gacha Rolls are tied to how well you do in Arena and Guild War. Not doing Guild War means less chances at Moonlight Heroes. Not doing Arena means less summons on Rate Up Banner.
