22:11 Why does Dr. Talisse calls his central exhibit- with an obligation to pursue justice in one corner and an obligation to engage with plural voices in the other- a dilemma, rather than a contradiction or a paradox?
My inner economist is trying to chart the equilibrium condition between the two, but I can't figure why the curves bend which way.

We can't. For far too long conservatives and Republicans from rural parts of America have had extremely outsized weight in the Federal Government. Something close to 60% of America leans Democratic, but 66% of the Supreme Court are Conservative. That's not right. It's time to consider going our separate ways. People in New York and California shouldn't be telling people in Nebraska and Wyoming how to live, just like the people from Alabama and Arkansas shouldn't be telling people from Connecticut and Washington how to live. Don't worry, the people with the money on the coasts will still buy corn and wheat from the people in the middle, so they would still have some sort of income and livelihood.
