    I just pop into this video and it's really helpful as I'm just beginning my sewing business and new in the UK and some website I've seen just have ridiculous high prices. Thank you for this video 💓💓💓💓

      That’s wonderful! There is also another one and it is my local fabric store with tons of options and (some) fairly cheap prices. Cotton is £5 at most a metre depending on what you have on it but it is fairly cheap compared to ones you see online like £15 a yard. It’s called BST fabrics LTD and it’s amazing but god they have some ridiculous prices sometimes. They do the physical store, click and collect or delivery. I am not sure if it was much help but I hope it does!

    neotrims in the uk has the best sweatshirt fleece i have ever used. they have an ebay store which is better to use as the minimums are less but you get so much variety from them!

    You missed www.fabworks.co.uk! The physical shop is at Dewsbury - the heart of fabric producing Yorkshire - but the online store is fab too. Staff are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, there’s a regular newsletter and blog, and they have their own range of locally produced wools. And sweat fabrics .... well worth a browse!

    Can you do a video about woven fabric pattern change it to knit fabric pattern. I want to do something by using knit fabric, but I don't want mass it up if the measurement of the pattern is not right

      @@gennysamuel9075 you probably could but if you can then use regular lining fabric. I use whatever fabric I have for lining and it’s nice but I would recommend proper lining fabrics if you can.

      The only Juki machine I've worked with was an industrial sewing machine. I do know that the one with servo motor is quieter.
      It might be worth going to check the machines yourself if you can to try them out and choose whichever you prefer.

    The biggest truth I've heard in the into of a video ever. Expensive fabric is expensive for a reason. It just looks luxurious. If not the texture then the handfeel shows the worth of a fabric

    Is the Ankara/ african fabric real african or fake (meaning not even come from Africa and is just a copy )??
    I stop wasting money on this stores who sells african fabric and it’s not even came from Africa , mostly from south asia or China. I used to buy in a african women that bring them from her african country but she stop coming to the market unfortunately. I only buy Ankara from black sellers so if I have any questions they are good to answer

      I do understand your concerns in regards to buying Ankara fabrics. As for Middlesex textiles, I don’t know for sure as I’m aware of how they source their fabrics.
