This was fun! I think Spencer has a real chance of being really competitive on tour, he seems to really have the mindset. As always I appreciate all the content you make
This one was of the most entertaining videos yet 😂 poor Braden is so much better than what he showed. I got to watch him shoot 300 at eastgate this summer. The kid throws heaters!
The 7-8-9-10 split. I shot 50 times before I moved off the 8-9 split. If you hit perfectly, you will miss both the 7 and 10. Your 9-10, 7-8 choice validated when I hit it in 16 shots. I must be learning something from this channel. Thanks!
Never shot the back row but I did make the 7-9-10 in league. Being a righty hit the 10 with the ball and deflect the ball into the 9 shooting the pin into the 7, and the 8 if it was there.
The "Full Worcester": 1-4-5-6-7-10 (this can actually come up in candlepin if the first two shots punch out 2-8 and 3-9, a "Half Worcester" on each side)
Here’s a quick idea for a video in the future. Start by getting a deck of playing cards, and shuffle them up good. For example, in one game anybody that strikes gets to grab a playing card. And repeat this throughout the game. At the end, the person holding the best poker hand is declared the winner. If you want to be more creative, you could add split conversions for a card. This is a basic set up for doing a game like this. But you can always improvise. 👍
Well that was fun. How about the 1-7-10 next time? BTW, even though I just suggested one, having the headpin still standing means it is NOT a split. Sure you guys knew that...right?! Yes, I am a former certified YABA Coach (1980s). They would actually fine you if you said "YABA Daba Doo" LOL At least in Greater Boston.
If Packy and and Simo had a younger brother, it would be Spencer. He is THAT good! 100% agree with Spencer that you need to go with the side with the 2 pins to convert the Greek Church. I would have liked to see the 8-10 or 7-9 spare attempts since those are the ones I leave the most.
1-5-7-10 I'm not sure if that's even possible. An idea for a challenge game would be a race to ten splits picked up. The key being that you have to leave the split with your first shot of the frame before picking it up with the second.
When I was in high school I worked at a bowling alley and at night we oil the lanes different and do all kinds of neat stuff like you guys are doing but try and make a five six seven 10 if you really want to make a good challenge we used to put a 9-pin in there yet a blind one you can make it it'll take a couple times
For a bowling challenge it’s a 1v1 and each shot you get to take 1 pin away from your opponent vise versa, highest count wins but it can’t be the same pin every single frame that or you have a wheel that you spin and whatever number it lands on between 1-10 has to be taken off the lane for that shot.
Just had a thought.. could you make a clear ball or 2 so you can only see the core and drill one pin up and one pin down so you can actually see what the core does and how the ball really moves going down the lane? That could be very interesting especially seeing that with different bowling styles
I like this game! How about this version...Each team starts with 100 points. They then bet on the spare/split presented. Each spare/split pays different odds if hit. Like: 2-4-5-8 pays 3:1...bet 10, win 30 if made....etc. After x number of spares, the higher team wins. If you bet too many points and go down to zero, you automatically lose for obvious reasons, lol. You'd have to figure out which spares and splits pay what odds. If you are in Ohio, let me know...I will set up a PowerPoint so the scores and bets are displayed for ya! haha.
I seen it picked up once. He was on lane 5 I was on 6 and I gave him 5 and do about took the skin off my hand he was so excited. he played the 5 into the 7 and then the 5 sweep back across the deck and got the 10. I cant think of ever leaving it mor than maybe 3 times in my life.
The impossible 1, 7, & 10. I have actually hit a full group of pins and made a 1, 7, 10 my next shot it was impossible. I was so mad saying "This is BS".🤣🤣
There is only one split... Full house... One chance per lane... The lilly on each pair and you get one shot on every pair. Most completed wins, and it needs to involve Tyler Gromlovits, the Ace of Kansas bowling.
7-10 would have been one to end it on as well. Only made the 7-10, 2 times in my life 7-8-10 7 times 3-6-7-10 9 times 6-7-10 5 times Got the Greek church last night in my league but couldn’t make it had the 4 pin shoot over the 10 so close though
I havnt bowled for 20 years. Went out and i know this may be hard to believe but i made the 7 10 split twice in 2games. Making it from hitting the 10 pin on the outside and sliding it all the way over into the 7. But the second time i really didnt make the 7 10. The 10 in wasonly pin standing and i slide the 10 pin all the way over again and it would of hit the 7 pin again if the 7 pin were standing.
First of all. The fact that u can even set up any split u want from the screen is AMAZING!!! 🤯🤯🤯
Yeah seriously I’m so jealous of that, it would make my practice sessions so much better
Pretty damn neat to have that option.
Gsx pinsetters have the option
That’s the power of the Brunswick GSX
Yea it has to have a gsx and the computer screens I still haven’t found a center near me with that
The guy with the man bun is so funny. He needs to be in more videos
Braden is hilarious

I cant say I have ever left this split so I have zero reason to practice it.
@@jvmiller1995 I was coaching some kids and one of them left the 7-8-9-10, so figured I would try it.
I still can’t figure out who the “old” guys are in this video
The cameraman
That was hilarious and a great video ,,way to go Packydude ...
Another great video. Looked liked everyone had a lot of fun and they got $25 each. Great job everyone. Loved that clutch split conversion!
The "Full Worcester": 1-4-5-6-7-10 (this can actually come up in candlepin if the first two shots punch out 2-8 and 3-9, a "Half Worcester" on each side)
I, a 68 year old amateur shot the 4 7 9 10 split. You guys should put that one in your next show... Luv you Packy
The 4 6 good luck!
finally. a channel that gets me
hahaha
What you’re doing for bowling is excellent, thanks guys
What an amazing collection of college athletes. The dynamic power, and grace…..
Throw a full bucket with a corner pin in the next one.
Great video. Production was top notch.
W video :D ur videos are helping my friend bowl ty so much im trying my best to teach him but so far ur doing a better job than me :)
Great video Packy. I got a 6-7 split for the 2nd time ever yesterday. And I am a one handed left hander.
the sensory overload at 17:39 caught me off guard 😭
Back in the day when I was a junior bowler, we did this in training, just to improve our spare abilities.
It was huge fun for all of us😊
1-7-10 would have been epic!
A split to add to the split challenge I chose the 4-8-10 which I have picked up before.
Never got that one but have made the 8-10 four times. 4-6 only once. 7-10 never even close! lol
NEW IDEA: try to get a perfect game with HOUSE BALLS (dont use ANY of your balls, only the ones at the bowling alley)
You mean with house balls?
@@IvanA_lejandre yes
a perfect game with house balls is way too unrealistic, i could understand a clean game tho
That’s pretty much impossible

we do this every night every game at league. 2 cards for a strike one for a spare. Best 5 cards wins. $1 buy in winner takes all

Flashing back to televised candlepin and the jackpot throw at the end of every show
Nice shoot dude you are the best
1-2-7-10 is pretty challenging
How about a 2-3-7-10?
if it has the headpin it is not a split.
The baby split with the sleeper can be a tricky one to get.....for righties, it's the 3-9-10.
I'd love to see you guys try and hit the 5-7-10 in the future! 👀
I was hoping to see you set up the lily and see if anyone could get it.

7 8 9 10 is called the picket fence in candlepin. It does come up from time to time
5 - 7 - 10
we debated on it!
Keegen Gebhardt (former Jet) picked up Greek church twice, in one game, this weekend at the valley park regional....lol
This seems like fun. Wish I could go against Packy.
Some of those tough splits I've already converted
reminds me of "Mini Golf" from Brunswick BowlerVision from 1988
Just funnnnn

I just made 4-10 in game 3 of league this week, in the 10th, to secure the win! It's probably the coolest accomplishment in my bowling career!
