@Camille Paige No it isn't. You may be cutting some strands along the shaft which would make them shorter and your hair uneven. Also because of how fast most move the scissors aren't held properly causing damage/split ends
Hello, I just wanted to know if you have any tips for braiding so quickly. I always hear you say 4 or 5 hours. Just wondering what techniques you use to finish in so little time?
Pattern and how you part I ALWAYS part the hair the same way with the same amount of braids if that . Only if they request they want it with a side part or them going back so that it’ll lay towards the back. I start in the back first and I always do 3 rows in the back then I do the window technique the last row I do 4 so I know the next row should at least be 5-6 parts because of the window technique and the next row should be about 6-7. Then I do the sides I do 2 rows on each side 3 in the first row 4 in the second so that I can have that window effect. Then I do the crown and have all those laying to the back I always part first I get about 4-5 rows out of the crown with about 3-4 braids in each row depending on clients head size. Medium takes me 31/2 hrs to do. The large /jumbo no longer than 2 hrs. I started off slow as a month went by I got faster and now I always make it my goal to get my clients in and out so I do about 4 heads a day if I’m doing the large/jumbo and 2 heads for medium
Hello, enjoyed this video, what product do u put on loose hair to prevent tangling and nap balls on ends or even reviving freetress hair for goddess or bohemian braid look?
I'm curious wouldn't you just use the hair you were braiding with at the beginning and make it long just like how you have it n then curl the ends instead of adding a different type of braid that has curls. To be it will be less of a hassle.
So I did some bohemian box braids Saturday and I decided I wanted to figure out how to dip them. What I did was fold the braids up in sections and dip just the portion in the fold. And do you have Instagram so I can follow you
Hey did you cut the freetress hair? Because I’m scared one might actually not be enough. My hair is short and not full so how will one go round the whole hair? I’ll be so happy if you can reply.
I like this . Although the music was much louder than you were when you were talking so it I had to keep changing the volume so my ears wouldn’t hurt . Does shine n jam flake or anything
Could you please do an informative video on parting and how to pick up speed doing box braids. My problem is I take forever because I make it so full and it's time consuming and personally I do not like its looks and feels heavy. But I d k what I'm doing wrong.
I had to look up box braid parting via you tube and google. Merry helped me under stand the halve moon parting that works for but it reallu depends on the client
how many packs of the freetress did you use? and did you use each individual strand where it has it's natural separation or did you separate the stands into smaller pieces?
I think she meant she wanted the pieces in different places, because some peoples curls start high up and all around, these are still braid then bow curls but they’re cute
Omg I wanna try doing this style soooooo bad. I do have a question would you recommend adding the hair closer to the root. And if so would I need to get longer curly hair? You did an awesome job as usual thanks for the video! 😄😆
i want to cry because i have beeeeen searching for these but i didn't know what they were called. Thank you so much !!
😅 now you know the name
Me too 🤣
A lot of times what we call "fly aways" are really our hair. I make sure my stylist does NOT cut them or burn them. Everything else I loved
I only allow mine to cut the lower sectors
@Camille Paige No it isn't. You may be cutting some strands along the shaft which would make them shorter and your hair uneven. Also because of how fast most move the scissors aren't held properly causing damage/split ends
I was told those were split ends 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ let me find out
If your stylist tuck your natural hair then they won't snipping yours
@@lifeasahuman7489 natural hair frizzes and sometimes they can't "tuck" it all without another product.
Girll you are good at giving tips and explaining step by step. I love your work... shout out to you (all the way from South Africa) ❤❤❤
love the tip of using prestretched hair! I tried it before but it was too short. It's perfect for this method though.
Hey do you know where I can get this curly hair
“Everything like your hands you’ll probably find at home” I’m subscribing just off that lmao 😂

Hello, I just wanted to know if you have any tips for braiding so quickly. I always hear you say 4 or 5 hours. Just wondering what techniques you use to finish in so little time?
The box size and skill
Keep practicing at braiding fast it will become second nature to you..
You can get as much done as you can do. Sat a goal to be done with this hair
Yea that's true I braid pretty fast myself 4-5 hours max

actually, that is the perfect time to finish goddess braids, braiding quickly would take from 2-3 hours
Mannn I wish you could do my hair ❤️
So cute and your client is a beauty
Definitely want to see you do this style with the knot less individual braids
Consciously Crystal yeah that would be super cute!
Was the curly freetress hair "deep twist" hair or the "gogo curls" hair?
I’m just wandering how you pull the freetress hair apart without messing it up, cause every time I try, it messes up🙄
Yaaasss definitely gonna do these on my daughter...so easy and to the point
Hello, enjoyed this video, what product do u put on loose hair to prevent tangling and nap balls on ends or even reviving freetress hair for goddess or bohemian braid look?
That’s beautiful 😻 you from Columbus Ohio?
This turned out great!!! Thank you for sharing with us! I learn so much from you. ❤
They look so nice 😩😩😩
I'm curious wouldn't you just use the hair you were braiding with at the beginning and make it long just like how you have it n then curl the ends instead of adding a different type of braid that has curls. To be it will be less of a hassle.
Shernell no because the ends will be bulky curls . they want it flowy thin more natural looking
It’s a diff type of curl. The added hair is a wave and usually when rodded you get a curl not a wave.
I’ve just done this hairstyle, do you have a video of how to maintain it please
You're an EXCELLENT braider!!!!!
So pretty and super neat
Beautifully done, I luv this style
Love the simplicity of the video! Where did you get the hair rack from?
Alicia Maria You can get it from Walmart in the sewing/thread section
Natasha Gonzalez ok thank you
Merry you are AMAZING. You explain everything so well. 😍💖💖
This was a wonderful tutorial! I absolutely love watching your videos!
What type of hair do you use for the curls that u put in.
amari and juanta 4:30 mark
Freetress but dont use it cuz after a few days it gets all nappy and tangled
Braid like nothing happened lmao 😂 love it!
I tried it and loves it....Thank you for the video
Do use the hot towel on the top of the braids loosen them up and make it flow?
Did you use gogo curl or deep wave? It look amazing!!!
Can u do my hair sometime before school start
I love this !! So pretty!!!
Karmy Hampton 💕💕
Karm7304 what kind of hair is it for the ends to get curly?
@@imjustdeja Freetress Gogo curls😁
Hello what curl pattern was this hair?
How do you get your braids so neat with minimal fly aways to trim?
The product, braiding underhand and she trim the fly aways
Plus she uses hair that has already been featured. I find that hair I was using before that o stretched myself always had way more fly aways
Beautiful and easy to follow. Thank you so much 😊.
Can you use any other glue? Asking for myself?
Nice job what's the name of the twist braid?
My Favorite braiding hair
It looks amazing !
Excelente trabalho eu amei ...
Parabéns 👏👏
Quanto tempo vc levou pra trançar a cabeça toda???
So I did some bohemian box braids Saturday and I decided I wanted to figure out how to dip them. What I did was fold the braids up in sections and dip just the portion in the fold. And do you have Instagram so I can follow you
MissNecy do not dip them!!
I subscribed just off the strength of the intro remix. Twas fye 🔥 lol.
definitely trying this❤️❤️
I love the way you do hair
Wow . I love this can’t wait to try it out 😍
New subscriber! That was very pretty. And you posted this on my birthday lol
Is it advisable to boil the braids immediately after plaiting? Won't the curls die?
how long do these braids resist?
Ok so wait we can’t dip the braids becuz of the loose curls ?
Ty Mo yes it will mess up the curl pattern if you do dip it
You should create a flower wall or backdrop with your company name on it for photos. Thanks for all your vids, they are so helpful
Would it be better to use human hair? I see freetress gets rough fast, good video ❤️
Very good and neat! -Lasha 💜💜
What type of hair did you use for the curly ends???
I did mines and they turned out really cute but u do need the glue
Iasia Reynolds nope
how long should this style last for?
This my favorite video, great work your one of my favorite s far hands down, I have been trying to learn this tucking method for the longest
Hey did you cut the freetress hair? Because I’m scared one might actually not be enough. My hair is short and not full so how will one go round the whole hair? I’ll be so happy if you can reply.
Very nice of course but for the more goddess flow leave some of the curly hair out as you braid along with the curly ends
Is it freetress deep twist or gogo curls?
I like this . Although the music was much louder than you were when you were talking so it I had to keep changing the volume so my ears wouldn’t hurt . Does shine n jam flake or anything
Ruthy Colon I felt the same way took me by surprise when it came on. Shine n jam doesn’t flake at all it’s the best
What size braids are these considered as?
So clean and beautiful work lady!
How do you get the curls??
New subbie!!Thank u so much for this video!!
How many packs did u use ?
Beautiful Job
Honey you talking about hit 👍🏽before I eve watched😂😂😍😍.
Have u seen the new shine and jam by magic fingiaz it’s specially for braiders in a red container u can order it online?

yea am hvx prblm with my hair I don't hv hair on my middle hair n I hv seen d same prblm dat u hv solved so how can I have ur produced
Where do you live? I like the braid ,how much please.
Cute!! 😍
Should I get this hairstyle if I’m swimming?
ItsJane I’d say no because the freetress hair will get kinda nappy soon as it gets wet an dries. may be better if u get human hair for ur curls
I think she meant she wanted the pieces in different places, because some peoples curls start high up and all around, these are still braid then bow curls but they’re cute
Can we swim in these ?
Very beautiful and no tension on the roots! Usually people try to braid your brains out! Lol
Love your technique.
Fabulous braids!!! You did a fantastic job as usual!!! 👌👏👑😃💖🤗
I know it comes with practice but can u share how to do braids faster. Thank you
When are you coming to Houston?
Looks soo stunning, did you use the Congo curls or the or deep twist? Just want to have have the right curls at the end
Omg I wanna try doing this style soooooo bad. I do have a question would you recommend adding the hair closer to the root. And if so would I need to get longer curly hair? You did an awesome job as usual thanks for the video! 😄😆
