Great video! There is a big appetite (no pun intended) for smaller/group fitness experiences. A lot of people are intimidated by large fitness facilities, but they want to exercise. Word of mouth and referrals are a STRONG BENEFIT for smaller fitness businesses, as members of these places often genuinely enjoy recruiting members (friends, family, etc) to join them.
