its axel flex , the manufactures of some axels used thinner steel for the tube of the axel to save weight and it causes more flex keep your tyres at 110 psi and move them round once a year
I would have your auto inflator regulator looked at. If it is adjusted to be too low psi then it'll cause your tires to wear erratically on the outer shoulders like that. I really dont think it was ever a suspension issue. Suspension issues would usually result in a bumpy tread wear. If you do run heavy on your hauls then royalcrowntowing may have be right about running your tires at 110psi. Keep in mind you'd have to set your auto inflator regulator to that psi as well. If you run heavy and have psi too low it can have that effect too because it'll be too much weight for your tires to support.
Trailer tech here If you check your torque arms on you axle you should have one that is adjustable and the other fixed. It keeps you axle aligned. If you have any movement you need to replace them and
Hi I have a dodge rams 3500 and my inside rear wheels are wearing thin on the edge . Also whenever I press the pedal I hear a noise towards the back after I get past 40 mph. Do you have any idea what’s the problem?

@@Alex_joneses hope you find a solution too.
Check out your bushings if not since you have done everything unfortunately its the axle itself
Check air pressure, this is sometimes caused by running them low on air.
Checked. All fine.
