खरड छाटणी मध्ये दुर्लक्षीत मुद्दे
एप्रिल छाटणी वेळी ६० ते ७० दिवसामध्ये व वेली मध्ये घड निर्मिती होत असताना अन्नसाठा तयार होत असतो. अशा वेळी ह्या तयार झालेल्या अन्नसाठ्य वरती पुढील फल छाटणी च्या वेळेस परीणाम होत असतो. त्यातील काही म्ह्हत्व पूर्ण मुद्दे खालींल प्रमाणे
मुद्दा क्रमाक १: द्राक्ष वेलीचे पानाचे वय आणि अन्ननिर्मिती
ह्या मध्ये महत्वाचे म्हणजे वेली मध्ये चागल्या प्रकारचा अन्नसाठा होण्या साठी वेलीवरती एकाच वयाचे पाने असणे गरजेचे आहे. ह्या साठी पांनाचे वय आणि वयानुसार अन्न निर्मिती होत असते.
द्राक्ष बाग फुटल्या नतर म्हणजे फुटी जन्माला आल्या नंतर तर पुढील पंधरा दिवस ते वेली मध्ये साठवलेला अन्न साठा वापर असतात. १ ५ ते २० दिवसा पर्यंत वाढलेली पाने ही फक्त स्वता साठी अन्न बनवत असतात. ते अन्न बनवत पण नाही आणि अन्न खर्च पण करत नाही. पण जेव्हा पाने तीस दिवसाची होतात तेव्हा ती जोमाने अन्न बनवू लागतात. अशा वेळी आपणास एक गोष्ट लक्षात ठेवायाची कि वेली वर वेगवेगळ्या अवस्थेत असलेली पाने प्रत्यक्ष अन्नसाठा होत नाही तर तो वापरला पणजात असतो. अशा परिस्थिती बागानां भरपूर घड आले तरी त्यांना वजन आणि गुणवत्ता मिळवण्यास अडचणी येत असतात
मुद्दा क्रमाक २ : द्राक्ष पाने किती अन्ननिर्माण करू शकतात
भारता मध्ये दर चौ.फुटास पडणाऱ्या सूर्यशक्ती पैकी फक्त १ टक्का सूर्यशक्ती ह्या द्राक्ष वेली अन्न निर्मिती साठी वापरत असतात. आपण समान्यपणे असे एक चौरस फुटास जागेतील पाने शंभर दिवसात सुमारे ३३० ग्रॅम वजन बनवत असतात. पण च काही घडासाठी वापरली जात नाही. ह्यातील ११० ग्रम अन्न साठा हा वेली आपले खोड. ओलांडे , मुळे, काडी ह्याच्या वाढी साठी खर्च करत असतात. ह्यानतर ११० ग्रम अन्न साठा हा वेली आपली जीवनक्रिया म्हणजे श्वसन अक्रिया ह्या सारख्या गोष्टीसाठी वापरत असतात. ह्यात उरलेली ११० ग्रम साखर किवा अन्न साठा हा द्राक्ष वेलीत साठवला जातो म्हणजेच हा वेळी वेली साठी वापरला जात असतो.
द्राक्ष घडामध्ये २५% साखर असते व ७५% पाणी असते. म्हणून ११० ग्रम साखर अधिक ३० ग्रम पाणी मिळून सुमारे ४४० ग्रम वजना पर्यंत द्राक्ष वे ल प्रती स्केअर फुटास वजन गेण्याची क्षमता ठेवते.
मुद्दा क्रमाक ३ : द्राक्ष बागेत अन्न द्रव्य साठावण्या साठी जागा असणे
पानानी बनवलेले अन्न सतत नवी फुट आणि वाढ होत असताना वेली ने बनवलेले अन्न साठवण्या साठी जागा शिल्लक नसलयास उपयोग होत नाही. वेली वर वाढत असलेल्या फुटी चा शेंडा सतत वांढत राहिलाल्ल्यास हा अन्नसाठा वाया जात असतो. शिवाय मुळाची कार्यक्षमता, वूडी झालेले ओलांडे, खोड कमी जाडीच्या काड्या ह्या मुळे सुद्धा काही क्षमता अन्नसाठयावरती होत असतात.

But it is not used for anything. Of this, 110 grams of food stock is your trunk. Crosses, roots, sticks are spent for its growth. After this, 110 grams of food stock is used by the vines for things like their life cycle i.e. respiratory function. The remaining 110 grams of sugar or food stock is stored in the grape vine, which means it is used for the vine at this time.
Grapes contain 25% sugar and 75% water. Therefore, 110 grams of sugar plus 30 grams of water has the potential to weigh up to 440 grams per square foot.
Issue No. 3: There should be space in the vineyard for storing food
Leafy food is of no use if there is no space left to store food made by the vines while new feet are constantly growing and growing. If the tops of the vines growing on the vines continue to grow, this food supply is wasted.
