Dunk Journey Ep. 151: Fatigued but still jumping well!?!?

  • I felt super fatigued on my Wednesday lifting session then felt like a train ran me over on Thursday. Freshened up a bit by today(Friday) but still wasn’t expecting to jump well at all!

    Yo bro you should get into volleyball It's not so different from basketball the only difference really is the style but in terms of athletics they are similar you need to be able to jump high in basketball and volleyball as well as be quick on your feet.

      I’ve thought about it actually man. I used to play tennis so I have good lateral movement and coordination. I also have really good reaction time. I just don’t know how to get into it. I feel like it’s a bit safer than bball cus minimal contact

      @@domidunks Hell yeah bro honestly since you have a background in sports already you should be able to learn volleyball techniques quite easily like the overhand smash for tennis is kind of like spiking except with no racket. and I feel like you'll have no trouble learning how to bump properly and volley.
