Finally, a long form VV video. I put together your list and it cooks! I’m thinking of experimenting with Saffira the ritual monster instead of the pendulum graph because I find it harder to get out, and I want to try 3 ritual spells because I always seem to be missing one to get Saffira’s effect. I was also thinking of playing hand traps like phantazmay to increase my chances of drawing it with the ritual spell. I would love to hear your thoughts and know you got a new sub! Keep up the great work!
I think u just gotta utilize blessing more often. I love phantazmay in this deck because he is level 7, can protect some of ur plays, and helps fix ur hand which ritual decks need due to many soft bricks!
The appo line is cool, ive been foing it for some time now. I actually have OTSC tommorow and wanted to play yunel fiendsmith, but since i had absolutely no time to test a deck ill most likely just go with voiceless sinc it won me the last one 😂
Thoughts on the Kash package of unicorn + birth? Unicorn is super strong when everyone has such a tight ED with so many critical one-ofs, plus its free tribute fodder for rituals
@@prophecywiz fair, devils advocate though... there are a decent amount of bricks in this deck, so I think it's ok to push the deck count higher. What is your deck count? Tbh I am just waiting for an updated profile that utilizes dominus in the main deck and charmy in the side haha
Great video but with the playing through droplet line how does that work couldn’t they just negate the apollusa on resolution since droplet doesn’t target or choose for cost
If they droplet and send 1 card u let it resolve and then make appo after with pendulum graph and trap live which is 5 interupts after droplet. If they send u cards and u summon appolusa they don’t have 2 monsters to negate anymore so they can’t negate any
Had a similar play last weekend. not with IP, but my opponent used evenly, I chained skull guardian, he chained droplet, I chained super poly to go into mudragon using skull guardian + lo, resolving my negate and protecting my backrow + pendulumgraph
In your apollousa line sure you chained ip to summon apollousa but the droplet doesnt target and still has to resolve and since skull guardian and ip are no longer on the field they just negate the apollousa. Im confused how you see any way for that apollousa to not be outright negated.
Very simple king. If they send more than one card, then you send your whole board away into a single monster being apo they cannot negate it bc they have to negate 2 monsters or none and u don’t have 2 to negate any longer
I see what you are saying about the nadir servants and Maximus. However, doesn’t this just open you up to getting drolled even more? Why not main called by and instant fusion (for millennium eyes) to offset this?
Because those cards don’t address issues the deck can have this card does in many ways. Also u can EASILY summon skull and lo before u give ur opp a window to droll

I watched your last profile as well. Great ideas man 🙌 I actually tried with Magnamhut and Instantfusion main instead of 1 Saffira and 1 Pre-Prep. I think it works somewhat well, but need more testing. I cut 1 Dyna Mondo for Millennium-Eyes Restrict. I just never seem to get any value out of Dyna. It just nets me losses because of Bystial, called by, etc., would be very nice to know how/when to actually use it 👍

Would you consider cutting one ghost mourner for a Magnamut? The search for Saffira is very strong and adds some additional variation to your handtraps lineup.

Have you tried the Fiendsmith engine? I know it's expensive but it's pretty nice to end with an Appollousa/Cesar on top of the VV board, also makes it a lot easier to go into Access and end games
Yes I have considered bc the price is not the issue. Nadir is just 1000x better than fiendsmiths for the same reason I explained why I don’t play branded fusion

If I activate Ntiss eff to target IP in the spell and trap card zone, my opponent chains flamberg effect to special summon it to the monster zone. On resolution, will Ntiss still pop it?

Great deck profile. Is there a reason to run Odd-Eyes Meteorburst Dragon over Vortex Dragon? It is rare but if Pendulumgraph gets to the extra deck it could be another negate and has the same attack stats. Also not too sure if it misses the timing when special summoned but if not it can return an opponent's monster to the hand

What are thoughts about siding Ghost Mourner and playing Ghost Ogre in the main I just feel like ghost hurts a lot of decks with field spells or ♾️ spells. Thoughts? Or is just because you can play ghost mourner under shifter?

This was a case tourney, a regional flight, top 4 of double box tourney and day 2 nats. Not locals my friend, probably bc of my game skill and I know how to play the deck really good

Usually if u open only lo and 4 handtraps u would use and it u use it mid game for removal and recycling

I noticed in your video that you said it would pop, I'm just clarifying...And why? Isnt it a different card when it is SS to the monster zone?
The way it was ruled for me at nats was that it would still pop but always check with your local judge.

Mourner under shifter is important but ogre is just massively worse into snake and almost every rogue deck
Is that "Saffira, Divine Dragon of the Voiceless Voice" card good? Or would you never consider to play that card?
