I read the 1,500 years old estimate as like when Ganyu was that age she was a baby. Guizhong knew Zhongli before he even became an archon, we know he's like 6000+ and she was an adult in the archon war. I think Guizhong was aware of baby Ganyu too, and lore wise it seems Ganyu is like 3000+ while Xiao is like 2000+ so I know baby Shenhe and Ganyu did not exist at the same time, but it is certainly cute.
When I saw the end, I thought of the meme where the adult asks the child "What do you got there" (or something) and the kid goes "Knife" and all panic ensues.
