Breakfast: almond milk with coffee, chia seeds, cane molasses and peanut butter. Lunch: white rice, eggplant, cucumber and peppers salad, braised cabbage and pea dumpling. Dessert: churros cake (gluten free, no sugar and no milk). This is all for now. :) I love your videos!

I am super late to your channel, just discovered it actually so I am watching a few videos back to back..lol..Today was a good day food wise..oatmeal topped with mixed berries and greek yogurt for breakfast, lunch was homemade salad and dinner was steamed fish and ockra with baked sweet potatoes..oh and lots of water throughout the day. Today was one of my better water intake days..lol..xoxo
Had overnight oats for breakfast (made with greek yogurt, almond milk, blueberries, chia and hemp seeds, maple syrup) and a banana flax oatmeal muffin. bbq pulled pork sandwich on wheat bun and slice of provolone, red bell pepper strips, granny smith apple w/almond butter, peanut butter brownie balls (dates, almonds, pb, maple syrup, cacao powder), sweet potato turkey meatballs on top of a cauliflower rice spinach saute with shaved parmesan

But, one thing I ate today would be Los Banditos-Mexican restaurant. So I guess you could say I had my little once and awhile treat too😍
Very nice! I would suggest u watch some zero waste videos for ideas on how to avoid waste. Like bringing ur own shopping bag and avoid bringing so much plastic :)
@healthnut nutrition I always use my old mushrooms when I make a broth or gravy. They still have a ton of flavour and it's not about the consistency as you strain them away anyway 😀

How can you tell when mushrooms are bad aside from being wrinkly? Since they have dark areas and feel kind of velvety I always get scared that I've kept them for too long.

Today I decided to add a smoothie into my diet. I try to have a smoothie as a substitute for lunch and for dinner, some shrimp and veggies. I liked the video, it gave me some good ideas. I need to try the avocado on toast, it looks good.

i’m a touch confused about the benefits of lemon water/ lemon ginger water. i know ginger relieves nausea and lemon is acidic so it has anti bacterial properties, but besides being a natural diuretic i don’t understand how it keeps you regular or relieves heartburn. liquids are processed in the kidneys, not the intestines/colon, and acidic foods tend to cause heartburn not prevent it. am i just confused?
also confused about consuming collagen...if collagen is made in your skin cells, and collagen production slows down due to old age, how is ingesting a collagen supplement which will be broken down by your digestive enzymes going to make it in it’s full form to your skin cells? i’ve been seeing a ton of people use this and i want to know how it actually works before i start ingesting it myself lol

I love seltzer water with lemon or lime, water, and a pinch of pink salt(you can also add maple syrup or honey). It's SO refreshing on a hot day.

Try bringing snacks like carrot sticks, celery, grapes, cucumber, etc of things you can over snack on and just feel hydrated from.
I had spinach scrambled eggs, avocado toast, with red pepper and cherry tomatoes on the side 😍

hanna yep I keep a bag of scraps in my freezer and always add older mushrooms to it and then make a stock or broth once A week
Yes, old, wrinkled mushrooms are still perfectly usable. I just "peal" them, and fry them as usual.

Use 1/2 almond or coconut milk and 1/2 water to make your oatmeal. The flavor is a lot better than plain water.
