    간마늘 1큰술
    진간장 1작은술
    참치액젓 1작은술
    통깨 1큰술
    참기름 1큰술
    후춧가루 조금
    생강가루 조금
    (Seaweed Sesame Leaf Black Bean Paste)
    10 sheets of gopchang laver
    20 perilla leaves
    five or six tablespoons of olive oil
    1 tablespoon of ground garlic
    a teaspoon of thick soy sauce
    a teaspoon of tuna fish sauce
    a tablespoon of sesame seeds
    1 tablespoon of sesame oil
    A little bit of pepper
    A little bit of ginger powder
    (Kim Snack)
    10 sheets of gopchang laver
    About 200 grams of spring skin
    five or six tablespoons of olive oil
    About 2 tablespoons of carrot syrup
    About 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
    About a pinch of yellow salt

    오~~누룩소금 어제밤 닭똥집 튀김 시켜 누룩소금에 찍엇더니 정말 마있엇어요 신랑이 칭찬을 합니다 여행갈때도 보듬고 가서 뒤집어 주고 사랑한다 예쁘다 하며 정성을 다하더니 맛있다구요 ㅎㅎ 진심 맛있엇어요 소교님 감사해요 평생 팬이에요

    만들고 냉장고에 두고먹어도 눅눅해지지않나요?

      냉장고는 눅눅해집니다.
      드실만큼 하는게 좋을것 같아요.
      요즘은 습도가 많아 빨리 눅눅해지기도 합니다.
