Hey Cory, I'd just like to say that I think you're one of the best people on TH-cam. So many other vloggers, or just TH-camrs in general seem like they're caught up in the amount of subscribers or viewers they get and seem somewhat superficial. It's like they're acting, and not being honest with their fans. It's like a lot TH-camrs are just "smiling for the camera" or they see their fans as a big fat dollar sign instead of human beings, they're "internet personalities" as some like to say. But you're so honest, humble, positive, and down to earth in your videos. And you actually stay connected with your fans and read their comments and letters, which is unfortunately a rare thing these days. You're not a celebrity or an "internet personality", you're an awesome guy who shares his life with his viewers as if they were his friends, not his fans. And for that I'd like to thank you, never stop being awesome Cory! :)
X Honestly, it's easy to fall into that "internet personality" thing you're talking about and I'll admit, I fell into that a few times in the past but it wasn't because I didn't care about the people who watch. It's just that things happen so fast for a lot of people who get a lot of views and they care so much that they spread themselves too thin to make everyone happy. So they eventually find a cycle that works for them and it's not always the best for personal connections with viewers. In my case, I started out from the bottom when TH-cam's most popular users only had 5,000 subscribers. Then when "The Mean Kitty Song" hit, there was so much demand for videos that I was too busy making new videos to respond. I did what I could but it was still nearly impossible. After a while, I started getting tired. I was trying to make everyone happy on TH-cam and in my personal life but there just weren't enough hours in the day. So I fell into a kind of depression. Like got better, then worse, then better again and then it all crashed down to the point where I could barely focus on anything. That's when I turned to ADD meds. I honestly feel like they saved my life. They gave me the mental clarity that I needed to focus on a new life plan. Life was still hard... very hard... but I was able to come out of it a different person. I can honestly say that I'm a lot more humble now because of it. Today I have a healthier routine and a better state of mind which helps me stay focused on the important things in life, like being happy. In the end, nobody on TH-cam is really bad or money hungry. Many are just lost in their ways. Time changes everyone though and I'm sure a lot of the people you watch will end up changing in one way or another.
DudeLikeHELLA I agree, it does seem like a lot of people on TH-cam are changing, mostly for the better. I suppose TH-cam has been around long enough now for the popular people to go through most of those phases they tend to experience :).
Things like this, is why I watch you and others like you.
Joel Graul isn't it amazing how honest he is to us, the more I watch this guy the more I love him :D
Great, I just wanted to write something like this, and here you go! I totally agree with everything, you're one of the best, or maybe even the best! Thank you so much!
P.S. None would replace Cristian, but hey, catch some heat and warm from us! Have a great Chrismas guys, and every other days too!
Taking measurements with the Camera......Freaking Ingenious!
Thanks! It gives a better visual.
DudeLikeHELLA
Gonna have to remember to do that next time I have to measure something lol
I inspect gutters for leaves from the ground with a 10 foot monopod. That way I can review it and know exactly where to put the ladder according to the amount of debris. Then I use a 16 gallon capacity shop vac with about 15 feet of hose, a few straight pieces and a crevice tool for tight spots for a clean job. Then I use a 10 foot telescopic gutter sweeper that attaches to a pocket hose. I use a magnetic hex bit with self tapping screws to disassemble the pieces at the bottom of the downspouts. Straight pieces are great for over awnings or over bushes and smaller trees in garden areas. Everyone that sees me use the shop vac loves it! They all do it that way after. I bring a small portable generator to power it up if at a house with no power yet or no access to an outlet. I think it's a safe practice in general because you wont have to worry about popping a customers fuse or tripping breakers all day. This may seem long winded and complicated, but it's so quick and easy to do a job with the right tools.

Hey Cory, the whole twelve days of Christmas song was about teaching Catholicism during the religion wars in England between Catholicism and Protestantism. The Catholics needed a way to teach Catholicism without being "Attacked" by the Protestants so they made each day mean something in this code they made, look it up it's cool!
All of these vlogs seriously make me want to move to Alaska. It is so beautiful.
The best thing to do in winter when it is cold and snowy outside is to cuddle with your significant other, it is even better if you binge watch a series on Netflix :) Soooo cozy. Something about wintertime makes you feel a little like hibernating, relaxing with the person you love becomes somehow even more magical :)
Cory, the snow blower probably has 2 skid plates. Which should allow for whatever clearance you may need to use it over the rocks. Check it out in the garage on a flat surface. Look in the book on that and see if they tell you what height the front of the plow should be from ground. You may have to use sodium chloride to clean up the rest. Salt will erode concrete, floors, steps, walls etc. Salt, cheaper, but would probably turn your bigger rocks into smaller rocks eventually.
I'll have to look at that. Thank you!
Mark Neff the ladder needs to be turned 180. check the slope on the rungs
DudeLikeHELLA
+cb900crider had a good point about them skid plates and you also want to keep a eye on the for wearing down. They are plastic and after a period they wear down and then you will be down to the metal and you dont want that. Plus i would order a extra set incase you wear them out and they need replaced when the place is closed or dont have any in stock. I used to plow snow for a living and they do wear down fast concrete and rocks is hard on them. If you dont want to use sodium chloride you always can use fertilizer and it is EPA safe and good for the yard lol. It works the same but it might not be good for the dog.
Gee Dubb I see what your saying now it is set up wrong. I didn't go back far enough to see.
either way, it's a perfect setup to get an ass bustin with the snow. Looked kinda steep too! well at least he's young and there's a little padding down there.
Hey, Cory! I'm only a couple months into watching the channel, found you through the skipping rocks on the lake video. I think it's awesome you're enjoying Alaska as much as you are, and even more awesome you moved to my home town! I live in Washington now, but my wife and I love watching you go around town to places we love. Your expedition to Jitters gave us a smile; it was a personal favorite. Our daughter loved the nook and cranny next door. Going out to that curio shop on the Old Glenn reminded me of when we used to go there 10 years ago. Your trip up to skyline made me cry, been going up there for 20 years. We may move back someday, but for now we will relive it through your eyes. Enjoy Eagle River. It's an amazing place. But I'm sure you already know that.
PS, you live in my old neighborhood. Your secret is safe with me. :D
Snow blowing is awesome if you have OCD. It's just therapeutic. Kinda like mowing the lawn, and seeing what you've done is so satisfying.
I so miss being home in AK. I'm glad your loving AK, you guys will have a lot of fun in the years to come.
I lived in North Dakota for almost five years so just watching the snow now is enough for me! Although I wouldn't mind adding Alaska to my list of life adventures. Arizona until then! :]
Arizona and Alaska are definitely complete opposites but honestly, the winter here isn't as bad as people make it out to be. People keep telling me "it gets worse" and when it does, it's just more fun!
DudeLikeHELLA yeah really that snow is nothing compared to how bad it gets in Alaska lol its worse then that here in missouri lol
DudeLikeHELLA this has been an extremely mild winter haha, last year there was thousands of cold records broken across canada, so i would imagine alaska to
DudeLikeHELLA That's the best what live could give you. If others tell you it's bad you say it's fun. And if others say it turns wors, you feel it's even more fun! ;) ♥
+DudeLikeHELLA - I agree with Ruth ... I lived in AZ for five years (Tucson, Flagstaff & Phoenix) Tucson and Phoenix rarely see snow, but Flagstaff can measure it by the FOOT! Still, it was usually nice, dry and powdery. I don't know if AK will get that much, but you do get Jet Stream winds, which can affect how much or how little you get. I'm glad you're enjoying it! Better you than me!
We have a long gravel driveway in NH. We have a snow blower (also if a missed dog poop that is frozen goes in the snow blower, it's kind of funny)....but as we have aged we have a service that comes and just removes it. We don't have to be anywhere at a certain time, so the people that HAVE to get out to work get first dibs. It's a hard life with snow removal, but the people we use are really nice. (Basically a dad saving up money for his kids tuition). Still, there is the small walk to the house, and don't forget, you need a roof rake!! Too much snow on your deck or roof is bad. Also next SPring look for dead trees near your home. They tend to fall when there is too much snow, and can damage your house. Even a tree that looks NOT too bid, if talll enough, can cause damage. Be safe!
One piece of advice for blowing snow. The first few snowfalls clear out your whole driveway because when you get a lot of snow there is more places to put it with the snow blower as winter goes on.
Thanks!
That's called "space management"
Watching you happily enjoy the snow - I remember the heaps of snow we got in our small village in Russia, back when we were living there. Had good times in my childhood. :)
Thanks Cory for your videos.
I've heard about Russia's snow. I'd really like to see Russia someday but I don't know what people think of Americans there. :/
Since I've been living in Germany for about 20 years now I really don't know what they think of Americans there in Russia. Maybe I could ask when I'm visiting next year (finally!). :D hehe
But really Cory - there will be a chance to see Russia someday. :) I believe you will.
Kristen's going to be so excited to see the house all lit up I bet! Can't wait to see it!
Wow, that is some machine. It should come in handy. In Whitehorse it is so dry, there is never more than a foot or so of snow, so we have not needed a snow blower yet. Alaska though has way more snow so you will need it. Although this year is very warm and very dry so far......
Plus the snowblower makes it for me, looks a lot of fun!
Thanks Cory as always, love the positivity. Guess you will have to do with kitty and penny cuddles insted. Kristen is going to love the snowblower and the lights. Will you make it an EVENT for her?
One of these mornings I'll have to show her how to use it.
I meant will you light the lights officially with her?
***** he did it!!!!
Cory, I just gotta say thank you. Watching you making all these new experiences is just amazing. I'm used to having snow in Winter here in Austria (not as much snowfall as in Alaska of course haha) yet I'm still fascinated by the silence every single snowfall kinda creates- you talked about that in one of your videos I think. So it's extremely fun to see you getting used to all these things. I just love your positivity! Really makes me look forward to an upcoming video every time I finish the previous one :) Been following you since Mean Kitty (how surprising!), please keep being so awesome! Plus you and Kristen make such a cute couple! :)
Cuddle with the snow blower it got warm handles ! :)
namredrum I just might do that! lol
First, I have to say that watching these videos has definitely ignited an itch in me to go see Alaska some day. That wildlife sanctuary you went to see with Kristen's parents looked just plain awesome.
Also, some very obvious, but also very important, information. Snow throwers definitely live up to their name with rocks, and it can easily put a hole in a window, and even put holes in house siding. In other words, regardless of the clearance it has over your driveway, don't ever point it at a house, car, or another living thing.
Cory, make sure you clear snow paths for penny. She will be much happier, and finding a spot to do her job will be easier for her. We do this for our scotties.
Wait until the spring when you have to rake all those rocks out of the grass!
Looks awesome!
I'm very impressed that you know right of the bat how to operate that snow blower! I would be total lost! Kudos to you!
I've watched your videos for about 4 years now and I love them. But nice you've moved to Alaska I feel you've been yourself more and I love your videos even more. I also owe you a huge thank you as your the reason I found out I was lactose intolerant after you described your side effects in a vlog months, if not a year ago. So thank you, its been almost a year now and I feel sooooo much better now, I never realised how ill I felt until I didn't, if that makes any sense, so thanks. :)
so fun watching you on this journey. thank you for including us.
I'm glad you're having fun too!
Can't wait to see the lights! They're going to look so good! You and Kristen will need to get a tree soon, too. I'm sure that will be cool. I love how much fun you're having, getting used to living up there. I'd love to visit Alaska someday. It's on my bucket list. Don't know when, but, someday.
I watched this video after I commented on the Off With A Warning video. (about snow blower and plow) Nice snow blower choice. Plows and blowers are like different tools in a tool box. The plow is nice when there isn't too much snow.
Its cool when the snow is deep with a hard crust and the cats (and probably your dog!) can walk on it without falling through.
The more I watch your videos the more I realize how beautiful Alaska is. Your house looks like something out of a postcard.
We do not give each other gifts any more, instead we give each other time, something that means so much more.
That joystick blower control looks like it would be fun! You need to get Kristen to spray you with that and film it in slow mo! :-D . Cant wait to see how your house looks with the lights!
That would be awesome! We'll have to wait until the snow gets deeper though. I'd rather not get shot with rocks.
DudeLikeHELLA oh yea! Sorry....never really thought about that haha.
DudeLikeHELLA No you need to trick her. Have her outside on the balcony playing with penny then just spray her. :D You said she was a heater so just say I'm trying to cool you off
DudeLikeHELLA id like to see that
Hahahahaha! Why is it that beating up electronics sometimes works?
So many lights yaaaaaaaas! Can't wait to see the house all lit up.
I live in Wisconsin and used to have a Chevy pickup that had rear wheel drive, it was awful, I couldn't even get up a slight incline in the snow. Front wheel drive is essential in the snow.
cory
dude have fun with the snow ...we are going to have snow here in pa soon ..please be careful you and your girl ...you are the best ..rock on
I kid you not, as soon as I saw you on your ladder Corey, I immediately thought of Clark Griswald hanging his Christmas lights! Lol
***** LMAO!!! Oh man!! I know what you mean!
wooop woop the guy delivering has a time bandit shirts :)
They were really cool dudes.
So glad to see you happy Cory!!!!! Have a very Merry Christmas!!!
Thank you for what you do, and sharing your vlogs with us! Keep up the good stuff! I always have such a positive feeling after watching your vids.
Love this snow blower video Cory and can't wait to see the lights up!! Very jealous seeing all the snow and have my Kiwi fingers and toes crossed that it stays around till the end of March!! We will be there on the 3rd from NZ to see the Iditarod and many other things, trip of a lifetime and I'm counting down the weeks!!!!
Cant wait to see the lights!!! Love your video's. Don't forget a timer for your lights!!!
We are enjoying all of your videos
Haha, I love to see you learn all about the cold and snow. It's so funny!
I'm glad you're enjoying it! I can't wait till we see more.
You know what I'll never understand. How someone who's a human just like me, can make me feel better aaaand nervouse just by replying to a comment? :o
Good choice, snowblower is the way to go. You don't have to worry as much about where to put the snow, you just blow it off to the side. Also you will probably still want gloves and a face mask and goggles when the you are out there and the wind is blowing so the fine powder that you are throwing is some blowing back on ya, not fun, from experience, but gotta be done.
Yeah, I learned that afterwords. Some of the snow was drifting back and I didn't realize it until after I was out of the cold.
DudeLikeHELLA Didn't the blower kick up a lot of the gravel and rocks on your driveway? Could really mess up your drive after a few runs.
DudeLikeHELLA With going over Gravel you will want to make sure the scraper bars on the sides are set a bit lower so the bottom of the snow blower isn't picking up so many of the gravel.
Jason Savage
The gravel is frozen, and soon once they get some deeper snow it will be covered with snow too, all he is kicking up are the few unconsolidated pebbles on the top.
I am so impressed with all the lights you bought can't wait to see them on the house :)
It'll be a lot of work! That's for sure.
DudeLikeHELLA I never saw you ansering so many coments than this and the last video. Is this because being alone is boring for you? xD
Anyways, thank you for all your responses, funny to read them. ;)
I live in Alaska...why do I find these so entertaining?
Cory I also have a gravel driveway. I usually raise the skid plates to max height for the first snow an lower them after I get a nice solid ice surface it helps with spitting rocks and chipping the paint off from inside your new blower. I was also told you can spray some non stick spray inside the blower and it will help keep stuff from sticking inside. Haven't tried it yet though. Good luck and welcome to a place that has more than one season.
Look at you workin' the snowthrower! Good Job! Can't wait to see the lights.
I'm so addicted to your vlogs! I love waiting for you to upload videos and then realising that each of your videos are different! I'm going to need to move to Alaska too. Say hi to Sparta from me!
Hello, Cory ,just want to say how awesome you are
Can't wait to see the lights.
Alaska is my spirit animal...
The 12 days of Christmas rant was Seinfeld'ish! "These five rings are...and who's got these hands!" Good stuff!
My time watching your videos is always spent with my snake cuddled up with me. I love it!
I love how real and connected you are with your audience. You're by far my favorite TH-camr and you and Kristen are so dang cute together! :)
He's a natural at it. It almost feels like we're hanging out with him.
those pins are called shear pins please buy a lot of them they break pretty easy so when your in the middle of a snow storm and cant go any where and the snow plower breaks cuz of that youll be glad you got them
Have fun putting the lights up and be careful!
Also, if you get a sec, go to my G+ page, I tagged you to a few Minnesota winter pics. ;-) lol
Congrats on growing the beard. Go full Santa with it, and even get mustache wax and curl it
You make everything fun!
Cory, lean your ladder against the house wall not the gutters. The ladder should have a leveling line printed on the side.which should be parallel to the ground when you set it up. I think the rule of thumb is the bottom should be 1/3 the height of the ladder away from the wall. Be careful!
Cory, that snow that looks like sand is actually snow mixed with salt. It prevents water from freezing from 0° to -22° celsius (don't ask me in farenheit) to avoid car accidents. These are things you get to know when you live in cold places.
Cory, that is literally the same snow blower we have. You are right it is freaking awesome :D
DudeLikeHELLA - If you get a humidifier for the house, it will help keep it feeling a bit more on the warm side (rather than chilly at 68°) ... and keep the static shocks to a minimum. Just FYI. :)
I started watching your videos write before Thanksgiving. Your good at video taping and have good videos. The Alaska mountains are breath taking. I am from the Chicago suburbs. I like when we get a good snowstorm.
I know how it feels to be separated from the one that you love. My John and I have been apart for a week and it feels like a year. I miss him so very much!!!
Can't wait to see your house decorated :)
Hey Cory, don't forget to adjust the skids on the snow blower, sucking up gravel will shorten the lifespan a lot!
I had the exact same thought about the 12 Days of Christmas song about two days ago. It's does seem like they are showing off, but you're right, all you need is love.
Warning about the clips for lights. If you use them it can be a pain to get them under the shingles and if you don't take them down after you are done they will dry out and break. Also if you don't shove them in as far as they can go the winds can shake the lights down.
That snowblower is kinda what i have in Sweden for the times when we do have snow ^^
+dudelikehella I Of course love all your videos but it is very nice to see a relax video like this one once in a while. Obviously you are always you but instead of an adventure we get to just see you in an everyday basis. P.s I miss Kristen to.. Again not saying your not good enough, just saying I love seeing you guys together and the connection you two have. I'm excited to see how your house turns out with the lights😄
My neighbor has a heated driveway, when they first told me about it I thought it was so stupid. I have to say when I am out shoveling and all my neighbor does is flick a switch and all the snow melts I am eating my words
***** haha i know, i was gonna say, your neighbour sounds like a millionaire
Those are super pricey but yeah, they're nice.
I bet they could go out barefoot in the winter on their driveway and not be cold. ;-)
***** Oh yeah they are crazy expensive, hence the neighbor has it not myself haha
Heated drive must be bill gates 😆
Along with the snow blower I would suggest getting a couple of bags of rock salt, grit/sand or extra kitty litter just in case. This time of year I always carry an extra container of kitty litter in the back of my car just in case.
I've been thinking about doing that but I don't know if the salt will hurt the grass or the wildflowers that grow around our property.
DudeLikeHELLA Yes, it will kill them Cory. better to use the kitty litter or sand.
DudeLikeHELLA Sand or dirt will get you grip for your yard and not do too much damage. For your car I suggest oil dry instead of kitty litter, it's much cheaper!
DudeLikeHELLA It shouldn't be if you don't put to much on. Kitty litter or sand is better though. Having a bag of kitty litter, gravel, or coarse sand and a small shovel in the back of your car will be essential if you ever get stuck. You just put whatever rough material you have under and in front of the wheels to give them more friction.
DudeLikeHELLA Salt isn't needed at all! Maybe some sand or grit or both in case it gets slippery there.. and it will at some point. But that blower, I really don't think that is the thing you need... at least not yet with that little snow! Snow scoop is better and it's a good exercise too... and with only that much snow it's probably a bit faster. Also with the scoop you can make that sled sliding hill better too! Push all the snow in the backyard and start making it the way it should become. I've done that when i lived in the countryside and later in the winter you can have so much better sleding hill than it would be if you just wait for it come on it's own. Maybe later in the winter you will need that blower but not yet with that snow. :)
PS. sorry for my English! I'm from Finland so be merciful with me! :)
Just a little trivia .. the song " The twelve days of Christmas" Every thing mentioned in the song is a type of bird... e.g. 5 golden rings = golden ring ducks / maids a milking = milkmaid swan. ... i read this many years ago when i was young
Oh wow! I never know that.
Lowe's must love you guys. Seems like you are going there every other day. :D The snowblower looks like it'd be fun to play with. LOL reminds me of one time my bro and I cut out a maze in the grass in Montana. You ought to do that with your snow blower. LOL
The people at Lowe's here in Anchorage are super cool. Seriously, all of them. I had a really fun chat with the ladies at the return desk yesterday but they were too shy to be filmed.
Another great vlog! Because of you I am going to pull the trigger and get a metal detector. We have always had interest in getting one, but have been hesitant about buying one for a very long time. We'll have to wait until the spring to use it, the ground is already freezing here, but I can't wait.
I think my son would have been like you. Thanks for being in the world.
dude...there is a spray you can get for snoblowers...kinda like silicon ...helps snow fall off ...i spray my whole blower...keeps it clear and free from freezing up...not sure what kinda temps you will get up there...even in a garage you might need to toss a tarp over it and run a heater under to dry it out good..i did this with mine and it looked good as new 20 years later...and those pins are called shear pins...make sure you pick up some extra to keep on hand for when they break...normal bolt screw will work in emergency but then you run risk of worse damage...i have had to use thinner bolts at times..
Hey Cory you can use the snow blower in your back yard to build up more snow for sledding just watch for sticks.
I remember watching your Mean Kitty video, wow it's been a long time! I love your outlook on life! If I ever got meet you I would be incredibly thankful :) you got me wanting to move to Alaska, it's so beautiful! Lots of love coming your way from Louisiana (p.s no snow here xD you're lucky!)
Can't wait to see the lights! :D
I'l always remember the Jesus camera xD
You had the perfect balcony to throw it off of too x3
Last year Alaska was a lot warmer and had less snow than Wisconsin. I'm curious to see how this winter goes.
Watching in 144p, I can't wait until it "buffers" or whatever the word is! Thanks for the video!
Cory I Noticed that you used your ladder backwards the rung tops should be close to level. You had them tilted towards the house. If you use it backwards the ladder can possibly break when extended to near max. I would read the instructions on the ladder for proper use. Also you usually want the ladder to extend three feet above the roof so if you have to get onto the roof you have something to hold onto also when you try to get back onto the ladder there's something there to grab. Just looking out for your safety. Mr. Safety.
lol i love your videos so much XD thank you so much for always making me smile.
I'm glad to hear that :)
3:37: that veiw of the moutains are one of the reasons I'd like to visit Alaska. Anyway I do like you I really like how you just have fun with your vlogs. I may get some snow with a snow storm, which may be two storms in one, 1 is in California right now hitting it with heavy rain and snow than the other ones in the midwest, they'll be here starting Sunday as one big Winter Storm
the big Winter Storms a possibilty
Joel Graul Happy Holidays by the way
Look! Eagle River Walmart! Ever notice the Arizona Half and Half is gone? Yeah, that's me stocking up my boyfriends tea. Lol
Cory i love to see you having so mich fun and be so happy about christmas lights ;-) i will send you some photos of our house here in switzerland!! Happy christmas time for you and Kristen!!
Great videos man. I look forward each day to take a short break and watch the next one with a cup of tea. Good-bye !!
The lights may be expensive, but they usually last a really long time. My family has lights from 20 years ago and they're still running!!
Why don't you vlog your cats in it as much anymore? Your cats are what helped you to gain some popularity. Miss seeing them :3
I don't want to show the cats to get more views. I'll just show them if I feel like showing them. They are my boys and they've done a great job over the years so they deserve more alone time with us.
DudeLikeHELLA
That's cool Cory. As Thrift said, it's like you barely have them around now since we don't see them as much. But yeah - it's your vlog channel so you show what you like. Just miss seeing them, that's all. Best wishes x
Awesome vlog, Cory! Can't wait to see how you handle a fresh morning deep snow :P
I'm so excited for that!
cory im not sure if you know any of your neighbors but i live in colorado and im disabled and the nicest thing someone does is clear our driveaway -many cant afford snowblowers!
Man Alaska looks soooooo beautiful I know it's a wonderful place to live I bet you have a lot of good times there I'm thinking of moving there myself also I'm new to your vlog and as soon as I started watching I fell in love with Alaska all over again I think is grate I'm now a subscriber so make more videos thanx peace
I like your new snow blower a lot
I remember Jesus camera XD. Also I have a saab with front wheel drive. Works amazing. still not as good a four wheel drive but the traction controle works super well. Keeps me safe
Hey Cory
After stumbling over your channel through the "COOLEST SOUND EVER!" video I quickly got addicted to your Vlogs.
They make stressful days end in a relaxing way and I would like to thank you for that.
I just wanted so say that you are a person I look up to. I admire your positivity and authenticity.
Please keep up the good work!
Wishing you a lovely day from Switzerland
- Alex
Ps: If you like swiss chocolate, you will be in for a treat soon.
Haha awesome! You got a real snow blower! I bet that will be easier than a leaf blower hahaha
Yeah, hella easier.
That is a serious snow blower!!
There are about 265 comments already as I write this, so I'm probably repeating something and this advice might be coming too late anyway. Speaking from experience, I would not put up lights alone without anyone to spot me, especially since you have to climb pretty far up that ladder. If you're alone and (God forbid) fall, it could be a disaster. I always held the ladder for my husband when he was hanging Xmas lights 'cause he had had a near-miss while doing it alone. Just a thought.

There's really a tiny little gearbox in these camera's to control the lens. All very plastic fantastic and, indeed, tough to fix.
If the lens, which looks quite damaged, gets a few hits, the gears stop matching up. You just somehow jammed them back into position.
Also, rwd cars; Back them up!
