Friend of mine bought an upper receiver for his M16 that feeds from top mounted drums in capacities up to 500 rounds. Once it was broken in, it would dump 500 rounds of Federal ammo nonstop. Didn’t work for crap with another well known American brand.

what i appreciate is that he thoroughly backs up and demonstrates on comparable terms both the things he believes in field of self defense, hunting and target shooting, and the alternative schools of thought- far better explained than someone just saying 'that's nonsense' or 'see the thing you want to do is...'

The note about the "do not disturb" sign on the door of your hotel in Vegas is 100% accurate. I was in Vegas last year for a conference and left the sign on my door to keep house keeping out, Sure enough 72 hours later I had a set of cops at my door doing a welfare check.

I’ve been one of Paul’s fans for over 15 years and I hate that his time on earth is getting short. I’m at that age where a lot of the people I’ve looked up to in my life are either getting ready for or have moved on to their next stage and even though it sucks, these folks are going on to something better. I wish Paul and his family all the best and I’m praying for them

Having gotten to meet Paul Harrell and talk with him and his crew for a solid 45 minutes or so, Paul is the most genuine man I have ever met. There is no pretense, he's just a regular guy, very approachable and very friendly. It was also cool to see and handle all of the guns from the show. He is a great man, and Roy has big shoes to fill.
I have been watching Paul for 4 years now, and I've learned a lot from him. Thanks for raising awareness for him, Brandon.

Paul Harrell will ALWAYS be the best guntuber that's ever existed. He might be a little too dry or too boring for most people but his knowledge and just general way of looking at things and understanding things is extremely rare.
He not only taught me about guns but he taught me how to think objectively and own my mistakes. He genuinely changed the entire way I think about EVERYTHING because of his "How To Spot a Fake Expert" video.

I've been following Paul Harrell for quite a while - he's a treasure, and I'm genuinely sad to lose him. There's just no one else like him on TH-cam - nearest would be a cross between LockPickingLawyer and Ian from Forgotten Weapons.
I just checked, Paul Harrell is at a million subscribers, and rightfully so! With how many people commenting on this video, Administrative Results video, and more, I'm surprised he hasn't been over a million for a long time now. I've been a subscriber of his for so many years now. God speed, Paul.

What really brought a big smile to my face, is being reminded that Ohio Ordnance, with their new .338 Norma LMG, also made the HCAR, the M240 and the M2 .50. Really love that big caliber cookin'.

I think the tactical lever gun thing makes sense in states passing laws that make it very hard to own a practical semi-auto. Rarely are any of the same restrictions applied to manually operated firearms so mags bigger than 10 rounds, fore grips, flash hiders, and all the other things they don't like are still all legal on a lever gun. Especially now that some of them are experimenting with detachable box magazines instead of just the traditional tube mag.
100% and that's what makes the new tactical levers so good.

I have been a Paul Harrell's subscriber longer than yours , it's from his channel that I got to know all the other gun channels. Judging only by the content and knowledge he spreads in his videos, I always wandered why he doesn't have more subscribers - but - I always found everything I needed in his videos! I'm sad since i heard about his cancer, I have no idea about his real cancer state but i still hope for the best - we will always have his videos!

I hadn’t heard of Paul before but now I’m subscribed to his channel. Also, saying prayers for Paul. Cancer is the worst thing that anyone could suffer through, I know, I watched both of my parents and my little sister suffer and die from it. God’s blessings for a peaceful transition for Paul.

Damn, I have I have a tear in my eye. Paul is the best. I have been subscribed to his channel for years. Even though I know he is passing the torch to his brother Roy, hearing everyone's respect is awesome.
