    For years i've being stuck in 5 hops (sometimes i reach 12 which was my personal record) because i couldnt focus on it properly, i will do it every single step from you and here is my advice as a experient bboy, focus on every single move once, do not training everything in your training sessions

    Yo! I took up again breaking after a 15+ year pause (I'm 36...) and finally learning one hand hops! This tutorial is awesome, thanx a lot man!
    BTW, saw you one Red Bull BC One (Bxl) on 2019, thought you didn't deserve to lose the round that you did (and neither did Crazy legs btw, saw him doing gestures when the two others voted against you), but you took it like a king! Keep it up, respect!

    I am doing and on hand handstand to hit the like buttom. I am a 42 year old man with passion for break fance. Not claiming mad skillz. But seeing your tutorials has really inspired me to step Up the game and practice.

    I actually never made a single one hand hop in my life. But have tried some two hand hops. But did not know about keeping the knees close to the body part. And usually tried it hopping in with the hands instead of doing the kick. I am grateful and super excited. I will go straight to the gym and practice. I can do dome decent teo or one hand stand.     Another great video I'm going to follow all that advice and add this. Back and front to wall handstand drills dragging my toes gently up and down the wall. I'll do this with all your suggestions above and the wall will teach me EXACTLY where my feet are at all times. I'll then add momentum until I find the minimum to leave the floor on two hands. I'll then alternate one palm with 4,3,2 and then one finger on the second hand. Lastly you are more accomplished than the german dudes whose bad advice is injuring every second person I make look stupid at my local calisthenics park. JOKE TIME, it's never too late to get on the right side and admit who the real baddies are , don't wait for the next Pearl Harbour Sambo. Aermotion has stunning turorials, another World Champion. This time Aerobic Gymnastics and (callback) he is Ukranian.

      Hey bro I am a massage therapist (6yrs) I can definitely tell you that sciatica is caused by trigger points in your glute area (piriformis). The muscle(s) are clamping down on that nerve, so the best thing you can do is see a therapist OR get a lacrosse ball, tennis ball, etc. And roll around on it to get to those trigger points

    Maybe a tutorial on how to create wrist strength? :D i can hand hop on my freeze hand (left) but when i put pressure on my right hand and wrist with any freeze it hurts and i can't hold the freeze... any tips or exercises? Love all the tutorials !

      If u master it one soft surface try to do it on smooth wooden floor and then try it on concrete.When doing on concrete make sure u wear elbow pads

    Whenever i practice 1 hand hops, my shoulder will feel really tight and extremely sore. It’ll start to hurt and i can’t practice anymore.

    Wassup coach sambo! I´m bboy Cassio from Brasil I´m OG bboy from the 90´s. So, when it comes to beginners or whosoever, during the trainning period, how many reps and sets should they do each hand hops exercises ?

      Depends on the handstand ability. Usually I would not do all this for longer than 20min to avoid injury. However the important thing is to do it almost daily (depends on age) for real results

    thank you so much. It took me 2 years to try to do handhops, and the problem is that my legs are in a banana shape. My legs aren't crunched and close to my chest, I am not pumping my legs, I am kicking.
    Honestly, when you mentioned your exercises, as well as my arms aren't doing the hop, its my legs, it makes so much sense.

      But if you can do one hand balance, your handhop control will be on another level(might even make the process of learning handhops easier). All in all, if you want to make it far with handhops, you should learn one hand balance either way :D
