I live on a preserve just north of 466. It was one of the main reasons I moved into this, originally my parents, house. I love it. They spray for mosquitos so no issues. The trees have grown massive in 29 yrs.

So my only complaint is waiting for you to answer the advertised questions between it seems dozens of commercials. Glad Jerry you recovered from your health scare and Nurse Linda you survived as well😉 I’ved heard one or two answers and about 7 commercials so far. I’ll be moving there as soon I sell my South Florida home. The market is slow right now. I’ve done two lifestyle visits so I’m set. I’m buying for the lifestyle but not for the quality of the home. The construction is getting better concerning aesthetics (countertops, floors for instance) but the lots, streets, garages & driveways smaller or shorter. But it’s the LIFESTYLE I’m told😂😂. What type of hazards do you have in the Villages that I need to be aware of for the purpose of shopping for homeowners insurance? You had a hurricane. Do you have to have flood protection because of hurricanes?

We chose a MLS realtor who strictly works in The Villages and was fantastic. We were scared away by the kick out clause VLS contracts have that allow the seller to keep Looking for a buyer if you have a contingency contract.
Once viewers are signed into You-Tube, they need to select "subscriptions", which is found under Home/Shorts/Subscriptions. You-Tube has changed the platform to where our subscriptions are not popping up, unless we select "Subscriptions". Great video you two!

The person asked which agent has access to more buyers when one is selling. The MLS has a far greater market reach than the VLS. All MLS listings can be seen worldwide on the public real estate sites. Conversely, the only buyers who see the VLS listings are those who go to the VLS website and search. So ultimately, if a seller wants millions of people to see their home, they should list with an MLS agent. Thank you for your wonderful work in bringing your show to us! That is the big dilemma. Insurance has gotten so high that we don't want to pay any extra for flood insurance, but what if we need it?

Thats not unique to VLS contracts. That’s a standard real estate practice everywhere. I hope that’s not what your MLS agent told you.
