What Are Health Benefits Of Extra Virgin Olive Oil | Difference Between Extra Virgin & Virgin Oil

Olive had been cultivated for almost 6000 to 8000 years BC in human history.The area of the cultivation of Olive trees was mostly Asia minor I.e modern day turkey,Greece,Italy and Middle Eastern region.
This tree gives fruits which look like grapes and are two types in colour I.e deep blue and green.
When these fruits are cold pressed it gives us pure Olive oil also called Extra virgin Olive Oil which is full of nutrients and antioxidants.
After a little more refinement we get Virgin Olive Oil and when chemicals are added we get pomace Olive Oil which is used for massage .
