Historical Magpie just an update mate. The large copper thing is actually a rotating band from an artillery shell as pointed out by a viewer and confirmed. That's a first for me.
Oldtboot interesting. It looked like a piece of bling initially but when cleaned up it looked like a copper pipe fitting. Thanks for the information. I'll look at a few. Good to know. Thanks for watching. Jason.
Oldtboot you are absolutely right. It's a rotating band used to rotate the projectile. Often worn as a fashion accessory by Essex girls. Lol. Only joking about the last bit. Well done on the ID mate. 👍

Which shaft are you using? It looks longer than the stock shaft, which is too short for me. Thanks! Edit: just read the description, sorry :P
Oldtboot it is a Anderson carbon fibre over / under shaft. Jason.
