Not only is Pat sounding great on the vocals; but that fact that he's playing chords behind the guitar solo parts just proves that he's The Man! Have loved this band since the 80's/90's and still do!
When guys keep themselves in shape they can perform at the top level for years. I first saw Extreme at a little club in Providence RI in the mid 80’s before they had a record deal and they still have the same energy!

Love Extreme and Nuno is great with the Eddie riffs. Gary has always been a great frontman, that guy is one limber guy for his age. Thanks for the upload.
As a VH fan, I appreciate that Nuno did Ed's solo, when Steve Vai was with the DLR band, he did his own solo, and I always loved Ed's solo in this song.
Fantastic! Nuno is probably the best rock n roll guitarist alive today., IMHO I wasn't a fan of Extreme back in the day, but I also didn't dislike them. Just wasn't my thing. But to see Nuno over the last decade, when everything else is autotune, fake, over saturated, over produced, over pedaled, over everything. Man, this guy has just got chops and can play, play, play. I love it and have much respect for his talent and dedication to his craft. Thank you Nuno!!
Have to agree. Bought the first or second Extreme album (maybe both)and couldn't get into it so I sold them. But after hearing tracks from their last album I was blown away. What I was hoping and expecting to hear 30 years ago.
@@mebloke69 Wolfie can't hold Nunu's picks, let alone play EVH or anything else anywhere near as good as Nunu. Wolfie (I hate to say it) is riding his dad's coat tails.... 😞

This guy grew up about 15 min from house in Hudson Ma. Crazy how someone so talented and famous could very well be close to you. This band will always be one of my faves.
I guess not a whole lot of people in here are either don't remember or don't know that Gary Cherone was actually the lead singer for Van Halen for a minute
Gary was probably the only one that was able to do DLR and Hagar VH tunes and make them sound great. If VH111 wasn’t such a terrible album (it’s not all bad), he would have lasted. Although, he acted kind of like a clown (not in a good way like DLR) on stage when touring, so maybe he wouldn’t have.
Nuno is one of my top influences and his playing is other worldly........but no surprise, its freak'in crazy amazing how IMPOSSIBLE it is to cover EVH. Even Nuno only sounds like Nuno covering Eddie. EVH was the rock guitar GOAT.
Dweezil Zappa would’ve been the absolute best choice for an Edward Van Halen tribute. He NUTS Eddie better than anyone I’ve ever heard. He learned it FROM EDDIE.

Derek Zoolander killing it on the vocals!

Saw them live a few months back and they were brilliant.. Nuno is incredible
Pete Thorn is another, so talented and his love for Eddie is apparent.
fuck yeah!
Caught them in Maine. Gary is amazing front man. Paired with Nuno match made in heaven
Satriani is amazing, but Nuno is the best choice to do some tribute to EVH
No,Wolfie is the only one, others are just for money
Dwezil Zappa

That A-min. Chord was magic in this song, Eddie made it a piece off art! ♨️👏♨️
That opening riff is one my all time favorites. Such a great song.
Nuno is and was the Edward guy. He is and was the most Van Halen guy 30 years ago. Song writing, tone, and touch.
My fave VH tune!!! WELL DONE EXTREME🔥🎸🔥🎸🔥🎸🔥🎸🔥 BIG NUNO FAN HERE!! CAPTIVATING❣️❣️❣️❣️
Oh my god, thank you for posting this. I think it's changed my life. And it's inspired me to help others ❤
Go home, yer drunk! 🤪
Nuno is a pure natural artist searching for that tone !
Thanks to Eddie for inspiration
Actually, it was in North Tonawanda, at the Riviera. Nuno does a great job on this tune.
Gary never got enough love when he was in VH. He sounds great.
Tonawanda was my place of birth... rock it!!
Wow still sounds amazing and a ton of good energy!
Incrível Nuno…. Obrigado pela lembrança do saudoso EVH…..
The greats covering the greats. That's great!
Such a great tribute…. the love is overwhelmingly obvious.
Grazie Nuno! Great work being done in tribute.

Uncanny, doesn't seem like Eddie is far fron Nuno in Spirit!
What's actually not a cover considering that the singer Gary was in Van Halen for a time as their frontman.so it's basically then just doing a song
Nuno is truly bad ass! And that is truly a bad ass axe!

What a great band! EXTREME
Great interpretation of the solo Nuno - Awesome in fact.
Great video, great job on the filming.thanks

Will be seeing them this coming week in Bangalore. Hope its worth it😊
Nuno is so fucking amazing! Extreme is such a tight band. ❤️

Gary does Dave better than Dave nowadays

Nuno should have been on the Best of All Worlds tour with Sammy. He understands the vibe.
EXCELLENT!!!!!
The first time I heard Gary sing this song with VH it made me miss DLR. This time it sounds ten times better than when DLR last sang it.
best VH tribute EVER
Superb tribute
Nice sound,,,

appreciate that Nuno is using an actual guitar cable instead of a wireless setup
i usually hate listening to guys try to play EVH, but NOT Nuno! he is arguably the next best thing when it comes the mighty EVH!! Hell yeah!
Nuno is definitely my number one pick to pay tribute to the late great EVH
awesome
This is a way better cover version than Sammy Hagar's trying to butcher it up! This guy rocks it on the Guitar.
Perfection
NUNO some of the fastest fingers around. And still wearing the Converse Chuck Taylors. What class
Great !!!
VH3 wasnt great, but the tour with Gary was amazing , he did a great job live

He did not want to be part of the Van Halen Fraud Circus!
Rock n rollin!!!
Nuno knows the drill, you can feel he's got the VH vibe and DNA, so freaking better than Satch on this. Lovely cover!
Nuno late 50's and Gary over 60--wow ! Like kids
Foda demais 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

Hey, they even got the singer of Van Halen to join them!
The new VH the same as the old VH, Nuno can play all Ed's parts and too bad we didnt get more material w/ Gary. He's the perfect mix of DLR & Sammy
I love Gary era Van Halen!
What happened to Nuno's leg? Surely didn't affect his kick ass playing!
WOW !!!!
Nuno is using a EVH 70s Guitar
Wrong. Thats an N4. Can see washburn on the headstock
Gary killing it!!!! My God, i still can't figure out how that didn't work. That poorly produced VH III just caused so many issues.

Is that Sam Kinison on bass??
Fabulous band, respectful cover. Gary could never even carry a tune in a bucket, but is a hella frontman.
There will always some one does it better than the original and you and me deal with that I have
