Great video! Loved the low carb cooking. I am low carb as well. Love chaffles! I want to give you a healthy tip, olive oil is not to be used for high temperature cooking, it has a very low smoking point. Avocado oil is recommended. Did you notice how your oil was smoking? Well that is why. The oil actually was burning and becomes very unhealthy when it reaches a smoking point. Please do your research on this. I just want to help you out, because I think you're a great guy. Love your channel! ❤❤❤

Food looks great, too! Bummer on what you had to say on Gemini Man, but I thought it was great. But, fair enough! To each his own! :) You for sure need to watch the new Rambo and Terminator. I thought bother were great, ESPECIALLY the new Rambo. Nice rental choices, by the way! Did you ever read the Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark books? I grew up with the books and just watched the movie last week and I have mixed thoughts on it. Would love to know your thoughts on it!
