This strategy worked great for me. I used a support 120 Muramasa for the easy version and a 120 Ibuki for the hard version. She has Invul Pierce and Defense Ignore on her NP, which is better than only having it on a skill like Muramasa does.

I think jason could, but the damage wouldnt be as much as muramasa. I suggest to use st saber instead, especially those who can loop such as saito, dioscuri, etc or those with high damage such as bedivere, etc
