The series is planned to cover 84 battles. By my count there are still six games (of four battles each, typically) still remaining -- two for the second coalition, two for the peninsular war, one for the German war of liberation in 1813, and one from the 1814 campaign in France. I think Dresden is the biggest battle remaining, by size, but there are other well-known battles like Marengo and Salamanca in there too.
I think they set the website to not accept orders for a game during the week or two when they are assembling and shipping the pre-orders for it. That should change soon, if it hasn't already. However, the games do sell out within a year or three, typically, so you can't wait forever if you want a copy.
