    I have the Samsung Bespoke AI front loader (12Kg) and bespoke AI Dryer, Samsung really is an amazing brand when it comes to appliances. I bought both at the same time 3 years ago and they are incredible, i’ll never understand why people bad mouth Samsung appliances so much, i haven’t had any problems in the 3 years of owning the washer and dryer, and i do a load a day so i don’t understand why people hate Samsung so much 😅

      @@BombasticSideEye1998 I don’t get it either, I know their fridges aren’t great but I don’t know anyone that owns one here in the UK or Europe, I know the USA made stuff doesn’t last too long and the fridges are awful, but I’ve really love these machines, and my Samsung tv has outlasted my lg tv..

    Hi there. I`m running a small airbnb family business and the biggest challenge so far is drying bedlinen and towels especially when we need to dry up to 12 sets of bedlinen a day. The bedlinen is the big challenge as in a normal 9kg tumble dryer the bedlinen gets into a ball and takes ages to dry and too much input to get the job done. We finally gave up drying in the house and used professional dryers in gas stations, which are doing an amazing job and can use more of them at the same time. The big issue is that now I find them most of the time busy and it`s not a viable option anymore and thinking of buying something professional in the house. The questions are: Have you ever put in 3 sets of bedlinen in a single run? Have you experienced the ball effect? How much time would take to dry 3 bed linen cotton sets? Thanks a lot!

      Hiya! I have never put in 3 sets but I have put in 2, full size super-king fitted, and flat sheets, as well as pillow cases alto of pillsw cases, while sometimes the pillow case or2 wind up inside the fitted sheet, they are always fully dry, I have never had the ball affect ever in this machine, for a turn over like yours though if you do get this dryer, use the quick dry cycle, it dries my 2 sets in about 1 hour to 1 hour 10, perfectly dry, and no ball.. you could definitely do 3 sets in it it is big enough and im totally sure that they will be dry, I have not had anything come out wet, or damp or that needed a second go or extended time, a full 16kg of towels takes about 2 hours, and remember its a heat pump so don't open the door, if it looses the heat its created your basically starting from scratch.. I always dry my sheets on quick dry and huge supering duvets on the bedding cycle, towels I always use the cotton cycle, as I think the towel setting over dries them to bone dry..

    Hai, can you show the condenser? Some review show it had additional filter infront of the condenser

    • @pointofmyreview
      @pointofmyreview  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hey, yes it does have an additional filter in front of the condenser, this slides into the removable cover to help stop particles, it does a reasonable job, however I’d still clean the condenser before it signals it needs it

      Hi! These machines are massive, washing machine is 18kg and the dryer 16kg, they are much bigger then the standard ones we are used to, if your thinking of getting them check your measurements, but to answer your question no, I got rid of the countertop so I could raise the previous washer and dryer I had to a level where I didn’t have to bend down… then I bought these, I’m trying to find the pedestals for them, but I can only seem to find them in America and I really don’t want the Headach of returning they don’t fit the machines etc…

    What Cubic Feet Is The Washer?

    • @pointofmyreview
      @pointofmyreview  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Full disclosure, in the UK we dont use Cubic feet as a measurement at least for washing machines, we use how much they can hold, so this is a 18KG (kilogram) drum, and from what I can find out online, this means its 6.5 to 7 cubic feet? I dont know if I have converted that right but I have done the best I can , I hope this helps you.

    Very helpful videos. Do you find the bigger drum helps with creasing, given the space? My partner hates ironing but insists on it and I find the smaller drums crease up sheets, even on a gentle program. Considering buying this washer.

    • @pointofmyreview
      @pointofmyreview  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I do believe it helps a little in the washing machine but I also think it depends on how much you put in, sometimes over loading it can make more more creases, but generally it helps, certainly the bigger dryer is amazing, no creases what so ever coming out of that!

    hi ty do you think the washer uses enough water does everything get wet etc i am so nervous to get the front load because of complaints of not enough water. i like that samsung offers lots or rinses but i want water in the wash too. lg is rated the best but i always seem to like the options on the samsungs better. do any of the wash cycles offer more water than other cycles etc thanks again for the review

    • @pointofmyreview
      @pointofmyreview  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The bedding cycle uses a lot of water, but your always going to get less water in a front loader, the fact that the whole drum is turning each direction coats all clothing in water and adds more as the fabric absorbeds the water, if your coming from a top loading machine your going to notice a huge difference in the cleanliness of your clothes etc as they clean much better than top loading, it’s a fact…more water doesn’t mean more clean, if anything the more water you add dilutes the products your using to clean your stuff.. there’s many videos on TH-cam about this.. but I have never had any issues with not enough water being used, also there’s 2 jets inside the machine that come on during the washing and rinsing that you can see…

      Double check they are all removed, Also check that the drum isn't too empty, I would also advise to try a high spin with a empty drum and see if anything happens,

    Hi! I have the same washer and considering to buy the dryer. How long it takes to dry a full load of towels after they coming out of the washer at 1100rpm? And how many kg? Thank you

    • @pointofmyreview
      @pointofmyreview  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hi! I can have. a full load of towels dry in about 1 hour to 1.5 hours, I never use the towel settings for bath towels as this takes too long because the sensors are so accurate they make sure theres not a spot of water left in them, in my opinion it over drys them, being a heat pump dryer its always going to be a bit longer, but I can do 3 loads in one day and it not cost more then 38 pence, (set up the energy usage in the smart things app and you can see how much the washer and dryer cost everyday) but I use the cotton setting on level 3 and it does a great job, you can also help it out and give them an extra spin in the washing machine, im sure you know as you have it, that in the app there is the option to download a cycle called "spin for dry" to spin again for the dryer, I rarely use this unless the load is massive, but in my experience if you bank on 1.5 hours you'll be fine, hope this helps.

      I guess you could I don’t see why not, they are heavy machines, obviously the washing machine more so. And they are stackable when you buy the kit also.

Still, after this it will be difficult to have any faith or trust in this machine. One of the counterweights split in two and caused other damage, exactly what i had found when i opened it myself. It's apparently a known issue with these washers and has happened to many others.
