I loved how informative this video was. I’ve always focused on strength training anytime I start going to the gym, I’ve always wanted to do body building but I love to get strong. I’ve been doing a lot of reps 12-14 and once I feel comfortable with whatever weight I’m using i start increasing weight so hopefully i’m gaining mass, like I do want that as the main focus but I can’t help wanting to get stronger.
Also there is a genetic component: Tendon vs muscle belly length Expression of Interleukin 15 Angiotensin converting enzyme Muscle fiber type distribution (fast vs slow) Myostatin And as he said.. neuromuscular efficiency which is genetics.
Seriously, you need consistency in order to progress not doing random shit every week. When steroid users who started juicing before they could even hit 315 on bench they'll give this kinda junk advice.
