    I loved how informative this video was. I’ve always focused on strength training anytime I start going to the gym, I’ve always wanted to do body building but I love to get strong. I’ve been doing a lot of reps 12-14 and once I feel comfortable with whatever weight I’m using i start increasing weight so hopefully i’m gaining mass, like I do want that as the main focus but I can’t help wanting to get stronger.

    Also there is a genetic component:
    Tendon vs muscle belly length
    Expression of Interleukin 15
    Angiotensin converting enzyme
    Muscle fiber type distribution (fast vs slow)
    Myostatin
    And as he said.. neuromuscular efficiency which is genetics.
