I also witnessed the employees there being rude to other customers.
I got a big box of assorted cookies from them. Me and my kids each took a cookie. The rest of the cookies sat there for days until we put them in the trash. They were colorful and beautiful, and not even my kids who both have a sweet tooth would even touch them.

was so disappointed because the cookies actually looked and smelled so good.
That sucks 😢 i keep getting food poisoning from restaurants then I never go there again smh
@@athomewiththemrs9410 food is food. Raw flour and pile salmonella from eggs could easily occur in raw cookies as well

Gonna go to Crumbl this week and cheat on my diet now. Thank you for informing me of this!
If U need celebrities and influencers to promote and endorse your brand ....screams desperation. If product is good word of mouth is enough...
To be fair, name ONE company that hasn’t done that In the form of ads or other promotional tactics.
I guess everyone would be desperate

I have always been loving chip city!! They don’t have lots of locations but there really just the better version of crumbl. 👍🏻
I’ve never had a bad cookie. Every cookie bite of mine felt like luxury and I enjoyed every bite.
I didn't have a bad experience either at my location. That's awful
How annoying is it too that whoever posted this…. Included that clip of the girl complaining about working 40hrs… ppl really trying so hard to make a story where there isn’t one
@@inappropriatelaughter847Did you miss the part where she said HIGHSCHOOL students were working 40+ hours a week? Which is one, something that they shouldn't do and two, something that wouldn't be possible since it interferes with school.
And she also claimed that they got a delay in getting paid. If you didn't get your direct deposit or your check on time, you would be pissed too.
I’m sorry but luxury you can’t be serious 💀
@@John-ef6be okay sorry Mr. Kill my joy….. yes. Luxurious. I felt fancy and enjoy every crumble. Sorry you don’t enjoy the little things in life…..
That Mint one is actually so good 😭 The stereotype of mint flavored things being like toothpaste is so stupid
God who would want mint flavored dessert it’s like a waste I had mint flavored ice cream once and it sucked it wasn’t nasty it was just strange as hell
I went to two so far. 1 in RI and one in CT. They were both amazing and some of the best cookies I've had. It probably depends on location. Chains aim to be the same, but they are not good at every location.
Crumble Cookies are amazing. Mine are always good. Yum.

Umm I got crumbl for the first time the other day and it was rly good, no wall of shame, no teens working, and they were the sweetest people ever. They made the cookies in the moment too,! Idk where this is but where I live it’s all good! ❤😊
No this is very very true my friend worked there for a little and when she cried DURING BREAK because she had been through a lot that week another worker saw her and told the boss then the boss made a post about her saying she was a bad employee and fired her claiming she was a work place hazard
What the hell?
So the franchisees watch their employees from home? How is this a thing.
Finally the truth. I taste this cookies twice and I can’t take a second bite . I was doubting myself with the videos that say was good . I was about to buy it again and try . 😅
I never had an issue with them where I live but I also think they’re just okay. Because of the different flavors and how huge they are is what draws people, I think the local bakeries here are much more affordable and more worth it in my opinion
I got some for a gift once, and it was so sweet, i could only take like 1 bite every few hours 😂
As a teen working there i think its fun, i like baking cookies lol and i get to take home free ones all the time
What location u work at. They didn't hire me cuz I said I can't work more then 24 hours cuz of college
@@salvisilver1196 florida, i think theres just laws how how long i can work a week, im in highschool
Bro today i tried one kf their cookies at school because my friend brought one to try it out and it was so nasty and WAYYY too sweet wth😭
No breaks. minor more than 40 hours.shaming employees. You mean every good service job! 😂
Angelo being there makes this so much funnier😭
Just went yesterday & it was delicious ❤
I’ve had 2 half decent crumble cookies and they were chocolate chip, and red velvet. They were still extremely sweet though so I only ate 1/3
Stop but the wedding cake cookie and Oreo cookie where so good thooooo
Yeah I don’t go there anymore! All those things are true! Crumble cookie in Las Vegas NV on 9901 W Charleston Blvd is horrible! The employees are so rude and the cookies are raw or old! My kids refused to finish eating them,
they ate a few bites and got sick, I had to throw them in the trash. I called them and they offered another batch, so when I got there they lied to me and said they never told me that. Never again. Cookies were so bad twice in a roll and not an isolated incident.
Crumbl has always been crap imo. 😅
Then you don’t have to eat it I’m so sick of this 12 year old mentality if you don’t like it the rest of the world has to
@Jess-jt9fb and im sick of people like you who act like I care if anyone else eats them. Lol people have different opinions, and that's okay to agree to disagree.
@@Jess-jt9fb they’re literally six dollars if I’m paying six dollars for a damn cookie, it better be good but it wasn’t it was nasty Af

Ive been saying those cookies are nasty and underbaked for YEARS. I had one once, never again
i had one to try it and it was so sweet i felt sick after the second bite
Am I just big or dose crumbl sound rlly good rn😭
Nah but yo back is big 😂😂 eating them thangs
They arent getting enough heat to bake their cookies 😂
Crumbl cookies is the American Apparel of the desert industry.
The one I go to are so good
A lot of business owners these days sit at home on their couch and watch the cameras of you working and will call you and ask you about this that and the other like why your shoelace tied up that way LMAO😅😅
That's the benefit of being a business owner. 😎
I could never manage like that. I'd be calling in superchats and making them repeat them out loud so I could clip it, and roast them on payday.
@@alphaomega1351 spending your free time watching your employees instead of living your life does not sound like a benefit to me
Thanks TH-cam for recommending this now I want some cookie crumble 😅
I love crumble cookie😊
So I decided to try that pumpkin cookie yesterday the lady was like oh my God is so good you're going to love it and would you like a spoon or you can use your hand whichever one I was like that's kind of odd for a cookie got home and it's like the texture of cake lmfao
It's rumored that crumbl uses cake mix to make their cookies
Some of there cookies are cake that’s why there not all cake though @Kazeshini6
Can't be a real scenario cuz Crumbl doesn't have spoons or forks even for their cakes or non-cookie items. Unless they have them in the back for whatever reason and that's what the lady was offering to get for you
@@ria7633 I can't believe it but it wasn't that great of a cookie cake whatever it is it tasted slightly like one of those gingerbread cookies that Little Debbie makes or whoever the one that looks like a gingerbread man but with a less gingerbread taste

Did everyone forget how good Ileans cookies are?!?!?!?
Dear lord
Yea my cousin used to work at Crumbl when she was in high school. She was a goat because she’d bake the cookies a bit longer 😂 I never had a bad Crumbl cookie because of her, and I never ate another cookie from them after she stopped working there.
Not the maggots
Them cookies is deeeelicious
Idk. I have one next to my work and they're always on point. The waffle cookie is legit the best cook I've ever eaten
Crumble is amazing
They taste good to me
Interesting! People who don't like crumbl cookies, are probably the same people eating raw cookie dough out the fridge by Pillsbury or love cookie dough ice cream.
Wowww!! We had a party at my job and someone brung two boxes. They were good and baked all the way. But my favorite is Insomnia cookies
They are so good never had a problem with them
Location and owners matter
The Crumbl near me is great. It's not "healthy" food by any means, but I bring some home for a treat every now and then. The cookies are always delicious, my family loves them!!
this is prob because of the locations! i went to crumbl cookie before and they were so good! but why the wall of shame..😭
