Tamil Nadu targets to become 1 trillion dollar economy by 2030 and for that, Tamil Nadu CM created a special Economic Advisory Committee in which he included Noble prize winners in economics also. Definitely, they will become 1 trillion dollar nominal economy by 2030.
To be frank TN cannot become 1trillion economy till we destroy corruption and freebies mentality from our state

So, chill and this freebies mentality will not go in near future. Yah, one way is there and that is direct ruling from Supreme court. If that comes, any over-freebie promise by political parties could be declared null and void if they exceed the limit.
