I like how the Itamae (sushi chef) at Katsuei said his favorite sushi was blue fin maguro. The sign of a great Itamae is based on his Akami (red tuna without the fat), tamago, Shari (vinegar rice), and gari. If those items are good, you are in for a special treat.
Haters hate the Herrine Ro but the accuracy of her descriptions of the sushi tastes are bang on! Guys, if you haven't had sushi at this price range you must try it at least once. It'll ruin sushi for you forever. Those all you can eat crap is wasting your money you might as well eat ramen at home and save it. These are the real deal.

I went to Sushi by M after watching this video. The sushi was amazing and it was a lot of fun! It’s BYOB and you can pay a small fee for sake shots which we did and my friend and I both got drunk and kept ordering the Big Mac and Cheeseburger sushi after our meal and ended up spending a lot of money here.

The old traditions should be kept original always. And protected. But this Second Sushi by M was creative and easy going in the way how the things should go naturally. He lack the social skills, appropriate behaviour and regular menu because his power lead to top roof in Paris where a drunk genius painter is making the Girls to smile.. He Must believe more in his talant to create and enjoy..

Just went here again last night. They have a new and larger location. Sushi and atmosphere is great as usual but they also have a liquor license now.
